| With the continuous in-depth development of the reform of state-owned enterprises,the continuous development and growth of enterprises,the types and quantities of fixed assets are also increasing,which puts forward higher requirements for the refined management of assets.At present,many state-owned enterprises still have traditional manual or semi-manual management mode,and the fixed asset management system has imperfect functions,inconsistent asset accounts,weak data analysis and decision support functions,and lack of operation and maintenance mechanisms,which cannot fully exert management efficiency.In view of this series of problems,this paper develops and implements a fixed asset management system for state-owned enterprises,which scientifically and systematically manages fixed assets,rationally allocates enterprise resources,and improves management efficiency.This system is based on B/S architecture and is developed by separating the front and back ends.The front end adopts Vue,a lightweight framework with superior performance,and uses Element UI and ECharts components to cooperate with development;The backend uses the Spring Boot framework that simplifies program development,the My Batis-Plus persistence layer framework to perform powerful CRUD operations,and the database uses My SQL.Server deployment is done with Tomcat and Nginx,which implements reverse proxy.Using the Ajax method to request background data,user interaction is faster,and the CORS protocol is used to solve its cross-domain problem.Combined with actual business needs,select Google’s development kit ZXing to generate asset QR codes to realize mobile phone management operations.Using the BERT algorithm model based on deep learning,the relevant research on text classification is carried out to realize intelligent evaluation of maintenance personnel and intelligent dispatch of business,and optimize the management mechanism of maintenance links.After various tests,the system performed well in terms of business functions and non-functions,and met the design requirements.Compared with the traditional IT asset management system,this system studies and implements seven module functions,which realizes mobile phone scanning code management according to the needs of mobile inventory,and effectively solves the problem of asset confusion.Set up eight business indicators,capture relevant data in real time for analysis,and visually display the overall asset situation in the form of "IT asset status data dashboard" to assist the company’s comprehensive decisionmaking.Using the BERT pre-training model and fine-tuning,the sentiment analysis results of maintenance evaluation in three dimensions were extracted,and highquality maintenance personnel were intelligently evaluated and recommended in the automatic dispatch mechanism,which improved the quality and efficiency of operation and maintenance management.The system adopts modular development design,supports the expansion and optimization of functions in the later stage,and has the advantages of flexible development. |
