| With the development of technology,the living habits of modern university students are closely linked with the Internet.However,the university canteen ordering mode has been in a traditional state,lagging behind the development of technology,and there are still problems such as a single ordering mode,queuing congestion during peak meal times,and safety hazards in the post-epidemic era.Therefore,this project takes the university canteen ordering service APP as the research object and extends the goal-oriented design method to the interaction design of the university canteen ordering service APP,which enriches the research content of the goal-oriented design method.Through the investigation of the needs and expectations of university students’ canteen dining,the deep-seated needs of users for the university canteen ordering service APP are explored,so as to generate design strategies to guide the design This project will provide the students of the university with the opportunity to use the app for dining.This project will provide a new way of service for university students’ dining,improve the user experience of university students’ dining,and promote the intelligent development of university canteens and the construction of student services.The thesis research is carried out step by step according to the goal-oriented design process as follows: firstly,by collating and summarising theories related to goal-oriented design for analysis,studying relevant cases,uncovering user goals and clarifying design content.Then,three methods,namely field research observation method,questionnaire method and in-depth interview method,are selected to obtain user target requirements and carry out hierarchical requirements integration based on user experience elements.Secondly,a model of the user target needs of the university canteen ordering service APP is constructed,and the importance of the user target needs and the weight of each level of indicators are judged from four levels: performance level,function level,interaction level and feedback level,and design strategies are proposed.Finally,the design practice is carried out for the interaction design of the university canteen ordering service APP,which mainly includes five aspects: project overview,functional architecture design,task flow design,APP design results and usability testing,so as to prove the effectiveness and feasibility of the design strategy. |
