| With the rapid development of China’s e-commerce industry and express industry,it is inevitable to face some new problems.For example,in the rise of the express industry,couriers will deliver the express to the recipient for signing in person;Now couriers only drop them off at Courier stations,and the recipients have to run to the stations to pick them up.Therefore,from the perspective of users,this paper proposes solutions to the problems existing in the current express delivery mode,and takes into account the delivery efficiency of couriers while meeting the needs of users.First of all,this paper starts from the current social background,through the relevant data of the express industry to verify the authenticity of the express problems;To understand the current situation,determine the purpose and significance of intelligent express box through the research of relevant literature.By analyzing the general situation of the development of smart home,the types and technologies of the development of smart home are summarized,the positioning of smart express box in the ecological chain of smart home is found,and the functional elements that it should have as a household product are analyzed.Secondly,the author studies the FBS(function-behavior-structure)model theory,combs its application in smart home products,analyzes its use value,verifies its feasibility as a theoretical guidance for product design methods,and lays a foundation for the design and development of Smart Delivery Box under the guidance of this theory.Then,by analyzing the user group positioning,the user group is subdivided.Use questionnaire method and actual interview to investigate the needs of user groups;By summarizing the survey data,representative users are selected from the target population for actual behavior observation,and their behaviors are analyzed in detail.Finally,the author through the smart home products related technology,to solve the problems between users and express to provide a new solution,that is,the use of Wi Fi,433 radio frequency technology to achieve remote control of the Courier box,when the delivery or door-to-door pick up,even if the user is not at home can remote control delivery.The author built a solid model through theory and technology,made a prototype and invited users to try it out,and made improvements according to users’ opinions.This paper uses literature research method,survey method,cluster analysis method,multi-field research method,user experience analysis method and other research methods.Combining with the theory of FBS model,the user needs are analyzed and solutions are provided according to the needs,which has practical significance for the design and development of Smart Delivery Box. |
