| The tissue culture of plywood in the production process has always been done manually,which makes the accuracy and efficiency of tissue culture difficult to meet the increasingly stringent production requirements.Therefore,in order to meet the market demand and expand the industry,it is urgent to develop automated tissue culture devices.The purpose of this paper is to develop a kind of glued veneer handling manipulator suitable for plywood production line to replace the manual handling of veneer and reduce the production cost of enterprises,aiming at the problems of low precision of tissue culture and low efficiency of veneer handling in the tissue culture of plywood.The main research contents include :(1)The mechanical structure of the veneer handling manipulator is designed.The technical requirements of plywood tissue culture are analyzed to determine the design scheme of the manipulator.According to the action process of the workers on site,a reasonable mechanical structure is designed.Then,according to the actual situation on site,the transmission mode of the manipulator and the handling structure of the veneer are determined,and the selection and calculation of each shaft drive motor of the manipulator are completed.The finite element analysis of the main force components provides a theoretical basis for the improvement of the mechanical structure of the manipulator and the measures to be taken in practical use.(2)Design of manipulator control system.Through the study of the tissue culture process in the production process of plywood,according to the requirements of the control system,Mitsubishi FX series FX3U-48 MT / ES-A type PLC was selected as the main controller,and Xinjie TG series TG765S-MT touch screen was selected as the main controller human-computer interaction panel.The main program of the manipulator and the operation flow of each subroutine were designed in detail,and the programming and configuration of the human-computer interaction interface were completed.(3)Simulation experiment verification.The manipulator simulation test platform is built,and the components such as PLC and touch screen are integrated on the control cabinet.The indicator light is used to simulate the actual operation of each cylinder and mobile mechanism.On the simulation experiment platform,the functions of the manipulator are tested,and the order of the indicator light is used as the standard to judge whether the function is realized.By recording the different states of the indicator light at different times,it is verified that the functions of the manipulator have been realized. |
