In the digital age,supply chain management is undergoing a digital transformation.However,digital supply chains still face issues of trust,information silos,and collaboration inefficiencies,leading to product transaction disputes and trust concerns.To address these problems,traceability technology provides a viable solution.However,traditional traceability methods using centralized management suffer from data security and reliability issues,as well as problems of information asymmetry and data tampering.In contrast,blockchain technology offers inherent advantages such as information transparency,immutability,and distributed architecture.By combining blockchain with supply chain traceability,we can enhance the security of traceability information and consumer confidence,while also addressing the problems of centralized management,strengthening connections among participants,and alleviating regulatory pressures on governing bodies.Therefore,this paper aims to explore blockchain-based supply chain traceability methods to address transaction disputes and trust issues within the supply chain.This research work is primarily divided into the following three parts:(1)Based on a comprehensive understanding of the implementation methods and technological support for digital supply chain traceability,as well as an in-depth study of the theoretical foundation of digital supply chain traceability,this research takes into account numerous research findings and practical requirements.As a result,a blockchain-based digital supply chain traceability method is proposed.(2)Design a digital supply chain traceability model and trace its mechanism.In this traceability model,technologies related to blockchain such as Hash algorithm,Paillier algorithm,and Merkle Tree are utilized to verify data integrity and achieve privacy protection.Simultaneously,full-chain traceability is achieved through smart contracts.Regarding the traceability mechanism,an indexed state for digital supply chain traceability is proposed.The storage approach of "blockchain + IPFS + My SQL" is employed to balance efficiency and security when processing traceability data.Corresponding solutions are provided to address the requirements of traceability maintenance for multiple role-based permissions.(3)This study leverages the digital supply chain transaction service platform of H company’s actual project to accomplish digital supply chain traceability,combining the S2B2 C business model and real-world requirements.In the implementation process,a consortium chain environment was built using FISCO BCOS,and a B/S architecture was employed for frontend and backend development,utilizing the Spring Boot and React frameworks respectively.Finally,the specific functionalities of the prototype system were demonstrated,and system testing was conducted using the Caliper tool.The results indicate that the proposed digital supply chain traceability solution in this research is feasible and effective. |
