There is a certain degree of fuzziness and uncertainty in people’s cognitive understanding of knowledge in different fields due to the inaccuracy and incompleteness of knowledge in real life.With the continuous development of information technology,there are some missing values in various data collection and application scenes.The lack of information in the formal context brings difficulties to knowledge discovery and decision analysis.How to obtain knowledge from data with missing items and carry out data mining effective has become a topic of concern in the field of data intelligence analysis.In this thesis,a decision model based on a multi-expert fuzzy object linguistic form context is constructed to address the problem of inadequate information in decision analysis.The main research work is as follows:1.A method for granularity reduction in the fuzzy linguistic formal context is proposed.The concepts of granular consistent sets and granular reducts are analyzed based on the fuzzy linguistic formal context,and the fuzzy linguistic granular consistent set is introduced to determine the set of the core attributes,the set of the relatively necessary attributes and the set of the unnecessary attributes in the fuzzy linguistic formal context.By calculating the granular discernibility matrix in the fuzzy linguistic formal context,the corresponding discernibility function is obtained and the granular reducts in the fuzzy linguistic formal context are obtained.Thus,the computational complexity of the construction concept lattice is greatly reduced.2.A completion algorithm based on an incomplete multi-expert fuzzy object linguistic formal context is proposed.The multi-expert information is combined into the fuzzy object linguistic formal context to construct a multi-expert fuzzy object linguistic concept decision matrix.Using the distances and degree of similarity between objects in the fuzzy object linguistic concept decision matrix,the incomplete multi-expert fuzzy object linguistic formal context is complemented.The missing values in expert evaluation are complemented by teaching evaluation examples to obtain a complete multi-expert fuzzy object linguistic concept lattice,which effectively solves the problem of missing information in the linguistic context based on multi-expert fuzzy objects.3.A decision model based on an incomplete multi-expert fuzzy object linguistic formal context is proposed.In the multi-expert fuzzy object linguistic formal context,the expert weights in the multi-expert fuzzy object linguistic formal context are obtained using the fuzzy object linguistic evaluation matrix and the maximum deviation method to make it objective.The TOPSIS decision-making method is introduced into the multi-expert fuzzy object linguistic formal context to determine the positive and negative ideal solutions in the multiexpert fuzzy object linguistic formal context,and the optimal object is obtained by calculating the pseudo-distance and closeness between the object and the positive and negative ideal solutions.Finally,the effectiveness and feasibility of the method are illustrated by the example.
