| The design process of intelligent detection equipment is often accompanied by mechanical,electrical,automatic control,machine vision technology and other fields of complex knowledge coupling,in the face of different detection objects,with the increasing complexity of system design,how to achieve the conceptual design of intelligent detection equipment is very challenging for researchers.Based on the work structure mapping model,this paper introduces the concept of behavior hidden space knowledge base,represents the common multi-domain complex knowledge in intelligent detection by the behavior elements in the hidden space knowledge base,and establishes the work structure mapping retrieval knowledge base.The matching mapping from function to behavior and from behavior layer to structure layer provides a complete set of solutions and tools for the conceptual design of intelligent detection equipment.In order to realize the generation of scheme in conceptual design,this paper presents the unified and standardized representation of function,behavior and structure design knowledge,and proposes the basic concept of flow variable,which is taken as the hallmark attribute of the whole design process,so as to realize the matching mapping process from function layer to structure layer.At the same time,according to the characteristics of intelligent detection equipment,the conceptual design knowledge base is established through literature retrieval and other ways to further support the process of conceptual design mapping.Based on conceptual design knowledge base,this paper proposes a work-structure mapping method based on behavioral hidden space knowledge base.The design method mainly includes three steps: function decomposition process,behavioral hidden space knowledge base matching and design scheme generation.Firstly,the total function of the design objective is defined,which is decomposed into multiple functional elements according to the proposed decomposition process.Then,based on the functional effects and other attributes of functional elements,the component set that can be satisfied is found in the conceptual design knowledge base.After combination and selection,the conceptual design scheme is obtained.In this paper,My SQL database language is used to model the function,behavior and structure of the knowledge base.Navicat for My SQL software is applied to realize the back-end database information management,and PHP language is used to develop the front-end retrieval system to realize the function database mapping knowledge base retrieval system.Finally,the chemical fiber cake is taken as the test object,and the design scheme of the intelligent testing equipment is generated by the developed retrieval system according to its functional requirements.Based on the design scheme,the selection of structural components,prototype production and equipment functional testing are carried out to verify the feasibility of the design scheme. |
