In the era of rapid development of automotive industry technology,major automotive safety testing pedestrian protection and collision testing institutions have begun to improve test design standards to improve the safety level of pedestrian protection.In this context,based on computer technology and intelligent manufacturing technology,a design and test requirement function with guidance,process,and automation,the automotive safety test aided design system,has emerged.Systems with the above characteristics can effectively improve the quality and efficiency of testing and design,promote innovation in test standard design,capture and store standards and requirements in a management environment,and have important significance for improving the level of design testing standards and promoting the development of the automotive industry.Based on the above background,this article uses the components such as Base Data,Navigator,and vehicle architecture under the NX(Next Generation,Digital Product Development Software)platform and its VDA(Vehicle Design Automation)system to design and implement a functional module of the pedestrian protection and crash barrier subsystem under the new standard,the vehicle safety test aided design system,based on design patterns and simulation patterns,Improve the accuracy and efficiency of safety test design.The research work of this thesis is as follows:(1)For the anti-collision guardrail subsystem,research and implement the user function interface module,data storage and acquisition module for parameter selection and location definition under the new standard design mode;And the creation of a standard collision body model for crash barriers in simulation mode,experimental design,and result validation.(2)For the pedestrian protection subsystem,the user function interface module and data access module under the new standard are designed and implemented on the NX platform;The simulation of the relevant areas of the head impact test and leg impact test under the new standards for pedestrian protection has been implemented.(3)Functional testing and evaluation of automotive safety test aided design system.Set system functional module test cases and execute them on the NX platform for functional and performance testing.This thesis adopts an object-oriented approach,based on NX platform usage strategies and mechanism ideas and object-oriented thinking,to conduct functional class design research,research and implement algorithms suitable for creating models,and complete system development.The system is characterized by extensibility,ease of maintenance,and low coupling.In this thesis,pedestrian protection and crash barrier modules are implemented separately,enabling collaborative design of vehicle safety testing,enabling the system to achieve the effect of model driven test standard design,thereby greatly improving the efficiency of the entire testing process design process,and enhancing the advantages of vehicle safety testing in the field of computer simulation.In addition,the system has been released with the official version of NX and received good feedback from users.
