With the prosperity and development of the Internet,the impact of new media on traditional media has been further intensified,and traditional media have ushered in a critical period of strategic transformation of media integration.They have launched their own clients one after another.However,except for the APP of the China Media Group,which is far ahead in communication influence,other radio and television apps are relatively inferior.How to better meet the needs of users and how to further optimize and improve the APP developed by local traditional media to improve user stickiness and user experience are important issues that need to be considered and solved.In order to solve the above problems,this study chooses SN APP launched by S TV station as the research object to explore the influencing factors of SN APP user satisfaction,so as to improve the user satisfaction,experience and usage rate in the field of Party media news and information.PEST analysis model and Porter’s Five Forces model are used in this paper to analyze the environment of SN APP,and a SN APP user satisfaction questionnaire is compiled according to the APP user satisfaction model.The results of the questionnaire are analyzed with SPSS for items with low scores.The reasons for the low satisfaction of SN APP users were explored through user interviews,and corresponding optimization and improvement measures and safeguard measures were proposed for SN APP at last.This study has some contributions in both theory and practice.In terms of theoretical application,the application of the APP user satisfaction model in the questionnaire formulation,interview result analysis and improvement measures of this study confirms the applicability and practicability of the APP user satisfaction model.In terms of practical significance,this study examines SN APP from different aspects,so as to more accurately grasp the usage of users,and then comprehensively improve and enhance SN APP,enhancing the financial media competitiveness of S TV Station.At the same time,it also provides experience for the majority of new media platforms to make news and information apps from the perspective of user experience.
