| With the rapid development of the Internet digital economy,the integration and symbiosis between traditional publishing and distribution industries and emerging online media is deepening.The rapid popularity of various social media platforms in user groups has also provided a new plan for book marketing,and online book sales has become the general trend.Under this trend,a new type of online book marketing,‘books+ knowledge experts’,with the knowledge experts on the Internet as the main body of sales and with the help of social media communication and promotion,emerges at the historic moment.This study introduces the ‘5A model’ in marketing as the theoretical support for in-depth interpretation of the marketing strategy of knowledge-savvy books,and evaluates and analyzes how the marketing strategy of knowledge-savvy books plays a role and the influence process of promoting the purchase of books by consumers from five dimensions of ‘Aware,Appeal,Ask,Act and Advocate’.The first is Aware.Knowledge experts can quickly obtain users’ attention by cultivating a characteristic and stable personnel,establish the identity of opinion leaders,and achieve precise positioning of audiences to create a targeted sales environment.The second is Appeal.Knowledge experts continue to produce high-quality knowledge and cultural content,grasp the core of the book content in the content creation,and balance the interest and professionalism.Third,Ask.By constantly digging into users’ needs,customized differentiated marketing plans,and constructed book reading scenes to continuously deepen users’ memory.The fourth is the Act,which adopts various means to create the exclusive selling point of books,seize the purchasing psychology of readers,and combine various preferential benefits to accelerate book sales.Fifth,Advocate.Knowledge professionals attach great importance to the maintenance of personal reputation,pay attention to user group feedback,constantly strengthen their empathic cohesion effect on fans,and create a full-service community economic effect.Next,this study summarizes and analyzes the deficiencies in the marketing application of books for knowledgeable people in five aspects through the questionnaire survey on audience experience.Based on the above exposed problems,combined with the audience’s experience and needs,this study puts forward the optimization strategy from the knowledge experts themselves,in order to promote the book marketing towards a more professional and efficient direction.The in-depth dissemination of knowledge service and knowledge payment concept has brought profound changes to the publishing industry,and the book sales channels have also been broadened.The knowledge expert book marketing,which breaks the traditional book distribution form,is bound to mature with the progress of The Times and the industry,and will continue to be popularized. |
