With the opening up of the national three child policy and the continuous improvement of social standards,the proportion of children in society has gradually increased,and the importance of children’s education is also continuously increasing.The age of 6 to 12 is a crucial stage of enlightenment for every child to establish connections with the outside world.During this stage,children gradually expand their cognition through frequent communication and interaction with the outside world,thereby continuously recognizing new things,accepting new environments,and generating new thoughts."Toy books,with their unique advantages in embodied reading design,play a role in educating and entertaining children during their growth,enabling them to subconsciously and habitually rely on their instincts to explore the world,experience the external environment with their bodies,and gain corresponding cognition.".This is also very consistent with the theory of embodied cognition,which holds that cognition is the product of the interaction of the human brain,body,and environment.The research content of this article mainly involves five parts: In the first part,the author defines relevant concepts such as "embodied cognition","children’s toy book",and constructs corresponding theoretical analysis models by consulting a large amount of literature and integrating various representative and typical scholars’ viewpoints;In the second part,the author analyzes the inherent logic and characteristics of the personalized turn in children’s toy book publishing,and concludes that children’s toy book publishing should have interactive,situational,and practical characteristics;In the third part,based on the inherent logic and characteristics of the aforementioned personalized turn in children’s toy book publishing,this article uses empirical research methods such as questionnaire survey and observation to conduct a quantitative analysis of the reading status of children’s toy book audience groups,specifically including three aspects of children’s toy book cognition,reading behavior,and demand factors;In the fourth part,the author analyzes the physiological,psychological,and behavioral characteristics involved in the reading process of children’s toy book readers through the above research results,and concludes that the main reading needs of children’s readers are the knowledge,entertainment,and interactive sharing needs of toy books.Finally,in summary,from the perspective of embodied cognitive theory,the author proposes three innovative strategies for publishing children’s toy books in China.Based on the aforementioned research results,this part mainly discusses the current innovative strategies for publishing children’s toy books in China from three aspects: text content design,media technology integration,and reading scene construction,specifically including following children’s cognitive rules in text content design Innovate the way content is presented;In terms of media technology integration,we should rely on technological path innovation to achieve children’s personal experience;In the construction of reading scenes,it is necessary to enhance the perceptual space of books and build emotional resonance fields,with a view to providing reference for relevant industries.
