| With the continuous development of new media technology,the global media forms are undergoing tremendous changes,and social media platforms have gradually become an important communication channel in the Internet era.Traditional mainstream media try to find a new breakthrough for the development of their own media,and improve their media influence in many ways,such as broadening communication channels and optimizing communication content.The General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed that telling the Chinese story well,disseminating the Chinese voice well,and displaying a true,three-dimensional,and comprehensive China are important tasks to strengthen China’s international communication construction capacity in the "5·31" speech.In the face of the tense international situation and the differences in cross-cultural communication,how to strengthen the international communication ability of China’s mainstream media and improve the international communication effect is an urgent issue to be concerned about.In the report to the 20 th National Congress of the CPC,The General Secretary Xi Jinping once again pointed out: "Strengthen the construction of international communication capacity,comprehensively improve the effectiveness of international communication,and form an international voice that matches China’s comprehensive national strength and international status." This is an important strategic deployment to enhance the communication power and influence of Chinese civilization according to China’s actual national conditions and the current situation of the international community.In the context of China’s leapfrog development and active opening-up,,China’s mainstream media also need to undertake its own communication task,improve China’s overall ability of international communication from the perspective of communication strategy,communication content and communication means,and explore effective ways to tell Chinese stories.From the perspective of actor network theory,this paper takes CGTN’s You Tube account as an example to explore the human and non-human actors in the international communication process of mainstream media,as well as the translation and effect of the information presentation process from video content and community topics,as well as the heterogeneous network formed by the connection between various actors.It is found that CGTN’s international communication shows the diversity of actors and the emotional translation method The characteristics of tight network connection,and accordingly put forward three suggestions,namely,to attach importance to the role of non-human actors,to seek a multicultural balance in translation,and to deeply tap the needs of the audience to build a sustainable international communication network,with a view to providing some reference and reference for China’s international communication in the future. |
