With the acceleration of urbanization,more and more factors for assessing the influence of the city,economy,talent,and technology have always been the main part of urban competition.At the same time,urban managers also strive to shape a unique and significant urban image to enhance the city’s urban image and enhance the city The status of domestic and even the world brings more development opportunities for cities.As one of the representatives of domestic high-tech and developed cities in Hangzhou,since the 2016 G20 Summit proposed the construction of the "urban brain" and focused on creating the "first city of the digital economy",it has been labeled with the "digital city".A differentiated image positioning has been formed with other cities.Under the leadership of urban managers,Hangzhou has deepened digital technology into various industries,bringing qualitative improvements to the governance,economy and citizen life of cities.It is a model of digital cities.The image provides rich content.Because cities are a huge system in development,there are many unprepared areas,especially digital cities that have emerged in recent years.Research on the field of news communication is currently vacant.This study is based on communication,journalism,symbolism,architecture,aesthetics,and the foundation of 5W theory,CIS city image construction theory,involving politics,economy,people’s livelihood,environment and other fields.City representatives,sorting out how Hangzhou under the guidance of digital background guidance to build a city image through the urban image concept recognition system,the urban image behavior recognition system,and the urban image visual recognition system,and put forward key suggestions for the problems discovered.Studies have found that in the development concept of "the first city of the digital economy" and "the first city of digital governance",the subjects of government,enterprises,citizens and other acts have created Hangzhou digital cities.Large development space and ecologically livable international digital city image,but there are situations with insufficient urban image transmission in virtual space;the visual symbol system of the city is relatively complete,but the lack of correlation with urban cultural elements,enhance the larger space to enhance the larger space.Essence Based on this,in the process of sorting out the construction of the image system of the Hangzhou digital city,this study proposed suggestions measures for problems that occur to further strengthen the improvement of the image of the digital city in Hangzhou and enhance the spread of the image and influence of Hangzhou’s digital city.
