| In recent years, the development of information technology, the popularity of smart terminals and the implementation of relevant government health policies have provided a favourable environment for the rapid expansion of the market scale of the mobile health industry, and mobile health management platforms have proliferated in the mobile application market.Especially under the influence of the COVID-19,residents’ awareness of health management has generally increased, and more and more people are using mobile health management platforms to help them achieve personal health management.Considering the growing mobile application market share of mobile health management platforms, competition between platforms has intensified,so platform operators and service providers consider how to retain users on the basis of introducing new ones is a key issue. The key to the success of m Health management platforms as information systems is to promote continuous user behaviour. However,at the present stage, various m Health management platforms still have problems such as unreasonable functional layout, insufficient information security and homogenization of content, etc.,which seriously affect users’ experience and willingness to continue using them. Therefore,it is important and necessary to analyse the continuous usage behaviour of users of m Health management platforms, which is of positive significance to promote the innovative development of the m Health management industry and explore the potential market vitality. In this paper,by reviewing a large amount of literature on related research topics and analyzing the current status of research on m Health management platforms, and addressing the shortcomings of current research, this thesis have selected the Expectation Confirmation Model(ECM)as the basic model framework, combined with the Information System Success Model(D&M),the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Integrated Technology(UTAUT)and the context of mobile health management,to divide the key factors influencing users’ continuous intention of the m Health management platform into three aspects: platform quality characteristics, individual health perceptions and social environment, and have constructed the research model of this paper. After that,we have designed a questionnaire based on the previous research scales, and have collected 520 valid questionnaires through the questionnaire method.By using SPSS22.0 and AMOS24.0 data analysis software,we have constructed a structural equation model and have tested hypothesis, and have drawn the corresponding conclusions. The results show that:(1)Among the variables of platform quality characteristics, ease of use, information quality, privacy security significantly and positively affect expectation confirmation;personalization, information quality, and privacy security significantly and positively affect perceived usefulness;ease of use, personalization, and privacy security significantly and positively affect satisfaction;(2)Among the factors of health perception, personal health consciousness directly and positively affects continuous use intention, and indirectly affects continuous use intention through the partial mediation of perceived usefulness(3)Among the variables corresponding to social environment factors, neither the direct positive effect nor the indirect positive effect of social influence on continuous use intention is significant;(4)In the context of mobile health management, the expectation confirmation has a significant positive effect on perceived usefulness and satisfaction, and satisfaction and perceived usefulness can directly and positively influence users’ continuous use intention. However, the direct effect of perceived usefulness on satisfaction was not significant. Finally, based on the results of the empirical analysis, this thesis proposes management recommendations for the sustainable development of mobile health management platforms, hoping that they can serve as a guide for platform operators to adopt corresponding development strategies. |
