| With the rapid development of economy and the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,people’s demand of furniture products has been increasing continuously,the customer requirement of furniture with the diversified and personalized exclusive customization style.The standardized furniture products are gradually replaced by personalized and customized furniture products,and the competition of furniture market getting more and more intense.Therefore,furniture production and manufacturing should not only meet the needs of customers’ personalized customization,but also realize the benefits of mass production mode.The transformation from mass production to personalized customization production is increasingly urgent.The enterprise facing problems with high production costs and against the expansion of the product market by customized furniture products manufacturing.The transformation from mass production to personalized mass customization production is becoming more and more urgent.The furniture manufacturing enterprises facing problems of high manufacturing costs and not conducive to the expansion of market.Therefore,it is a significant practical and application value for furniture manufacturing enterprises to explore the implementation methods and approaches of mass customization production mode and realize the transformation of furniture products from batch production to mass customization production mode.In the thesis,the research aims to establish a mass customization production planning system for panel cabinet furniture product manufacturing,realize the mass customization of furniture products under the mass customization manufacture mode.First,the thesis analyzes the problem of multiple varieties and small batches of customized furniture products manufacturing,then utilize the principles of group technology with serialized and modularized,optimize the furniture product designing and manufacturing processes,and establish a standardized product system,create product design data base that can be reused,and wooden plate parts can be manufactured in groups,reducing design costs,optimizing product production processes,and improving production efficiency.Secondly,in order to solve the problem of long production process cycle,analyze the production and manufacturing process of customized cabinet furniture product,apply postponement strategy technology.The thesis analyzes and summarize relevant influencing factors,find the customer order postponement decoupling point(CODP),and use CODP to divide the entire customized furniture products manufacturing process in two stages,that include with a general production stage and a customized production stage,the purpose to shorten the response time of customer demand and reduce the production cost.Meanwhile,analyzes the board parts production and processing,utilize the mathematical models and the intelligent algorithms to establish a model solve wooden parts cutting stock problem.Reduce the board material waste during the cutting process,improving the utilization rate of the board raw material,reducing the cutting conversion time.Finally,use information system integration technology to integrate group technology,cutting stock problem model,postponement strategy and product data management system(PDM)into the enterprise resource planning(ERP)system to establish a mass customization panel furniture production planning system.Finally,optimize the utilization rate of the board raw material cutting,improve the production efficiency and increase the market competitiveness for the production of customized furniture products. |
