Research On Financing Mechanism To Promote The Transformation Of Scientific And Technological Achievements

In the context of the western countries led by the United States to upgrade the restrictions on Chinese high-end industry and attempt to block the industrial upgrading,the progress of science and technology has become the focus of all walks of life.The transformation efficiency of achievements is an important factor to promote the progress of science and technology.The highend industrial groups represented by the IC industry can break through the technology blockade and realize the curve overtaking without huge financial support.The research on financing mechanism of IC industry scientific and technological achievements transformation is a subject of strategic significance.Under the relevant theoretical framework of scientific and technological innovation,combined with the current situation of financing mechanism of Chinese IC industry,using the typical case of L project,by the methods of field interview and questionnaire,in-depth study of the methods of L project financing,analyze the problems existing in financing mechanism of Chinese IC industry,and deeply analyze the causes of the problems.Actively explore the solution to the problem,so as to provide an effective optimization scheme to solve the financing problem of Chinese IC industry through this study.The study found that the imbalance of capital allocation in the IC industry hindered the balance of industrial development,the limited basic conditions of enterprises hindered the efficiency of scientific and technological financing,and the high threshold of the capital market led to the difficulty of direct financing of enterprises and the difficulty of withdrawing venture capital,which reduced the enthusiasm of venture capital to invest in the IC industry.Therefore,it will be of great help to make full use of the government’s guidance,resource allocation of capital market,optimizing the listing standard system and perfecting the venture capital withdrawal mechanism to optimize the financing mechanism of the transformation of Chinese IC industry science and technology achievements and promote the upgrading of Chinese science and technology industry.
