The emergence and development of the Redskins new Economy is one of the most striking phenomena in China’s economic field in recent years.The phenomenon of Redskins has been widely recognized by the society,and the corresponding business model is increasingly diversified.More and more consumers recognize,recognize and consume brands through Redskins.In this context,Redskins marketing service enterprises become an important link between the brand and Redskins fans by providing professional services.However,after the rapid development of the Redskins marketing service market in the early stage,it is now facing two huge pressures: first,although the industry is still growing,the growth rate is obviously declining,and the competition is becoming fiercer with the continuous influx of new entrants;Second,the market customer demand in the professional service and experience of the new characteristics,industrial upgrading has been imminent.Based on this,this paper takes the Redskin marketing service business of MYM Culture Media Company as the research object,analyzes its business model innovation strategy,and has important practical guiding significance and reference value for Redskin marketing service enterprises to seize business opportunities and realize rapid development.This paper adopts the theory of nine elements of business model,systematic value chain theory and business model innovation theory,and adopts the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and case study to analyze and evaluate the current business model of MYM Culture Media Company,and identifies the following problems in its business model combined with data analysis: Lack of precision delivery ability,communication content production quality is not high,core service system development progress is slow,sales channels are too single,brand publicity methods lag.On this basis,the optimization and reconstruction strategy of the company’s business model is put forward:(1)redefinition of the value proposition: deep exploration of customers’ pain points;A comprehensive upgrade of the company’s service system.(2)Optimization of value co-creation mechanism: further promote customer participation in value co-creation;Accelerate the effective expansion of the company’s sales channels.(3)Profit model optimization:improve the added value of services and carry out modular operation to increase the company’s profit;At the same time,the company’s key costs are sorted out,optimize the cost structure.By studying the business model innovation strategy of MYM Culture Media Company,this paper takes the customer value proposition as the starting point,adopts the initiative market orientation,carries out linkage innovation in multiple key links of the business model,and helps the company to develop a systematic innovation strategy with comprehensive elements,clear structure,rigorous logic and clear goals,and strives to enhance the sense of acquisition and experience of customer value.The ultimate realization of enterprises to earn excess profits and accelerate the pace of development.In addition,the research results of this paper also bring beneficial management enlightenment and reference for the Redskins marketing service industry,and help to enrich the application of business model innovation theory.
