The study considers the exploration and assessment of the harmonizing of culture conflicts for Huawei Technologies Zimbabwe as one of the Chinese business multinational corporations.The study is underpinned by a literature review of cross-cultural research,organizational research methods and theories on culture,sources,effects,conflict resolution strategies.The strategies adopted by individuals to handle conflict situations are also highly influenced by their cultural orientation.This paper will unravel source of cultural conflicts,causes of cultural conflicts and strategies to harmonize culture conflict issues affecting Huawei Technologies Zimbabwe in global markets and how the governments and industry are assisting.The cross cultural issues being faced by Huawei Technologies Zimbabwe are:differences in management styles,difference in religious practices,punctuality or time management,intercultural competency/language differences,personal differences and educational clash/technical opinions.The study considers the following for harmonising cross cultural conflicts: tying employment to the organisation,creation of homogeneous culture,creating space for cultural requirements,open cross cultural communication,cross cultural training,engaging in cross culture diversity training and cultivation of shared culture.Against such a background,the harmonization of culture conflicts of Huawei Technologies Zimbabwe has remained unexamined.The study thereby adopted a mixed methods approach in conducting the inquiry where data was collected using interviews and survey questionnaires.A case study research method was adopted and inferences were derived from the personnel from Huawei Technologies Zimbabwe from a sample of 100 respondents.The inferences were analysed using descriptive statistical analysis and thematic analysis given the dual methods of data collection.However,telecommunications industry in this instance Huawei Technologies Zimbabwe is also trying to have their corporate continuously learn on the environment thereby serve and acquired knowledge on how to respond timeously in case of culture shock impacting negatively in its operations and threatening business sustainability hoping it will yield a positive implication of the corporates including grasping knowledge system in fighting the unexpected culture conflicts.
