In this China has fully built a well-off society,the era of relative material affluence,people are more in pursuit of spiritual joy,theatre stage as a cultural consumption places,its development is also changing day by day.Stage machinery as an important component of the theatre,in the increasingly sophisticated at the same time,management and maintenance is also becoming more and more complex,stage technology companies need to carry out aftersales service of machinery often spread throughout the country,how to make professional engineers can stage machinery the remote monitoring,remote diagnosis,in order to field operation and maintenance,is one of the current problems facing the stage industry.Based on the above problems,this dissertation analyzes the configuration of stage machinery in a theatre and the local control system with Siemens PLC as the main control,combines the specific requirements of a stage technology company for remote monitoring system,clarifies the functions to be achieved by the cloud monitoring system and the performance indicators to be achieved,and completes the design and development of the cloud monitoring system for stage machinery.The main work content is as follows:Firstly,for the problem of reading the status data of stage machinery in the main control PLC,this dissertation discards the traditional way of reading using a local computer and designs a stage data terminal based on IoT gateway technology.The terminal uses the S7 protocol as the main means of reading PLC data.The advantage of the solution is that no programming is required on the PLC side and only simple setup is required to achieve communication,which facilitates the deployment of the stage data terminal.The terminal is developed using Qt and also implements Modbus RTU communication,data processing,data storage,data upload to the server and human-machine interface.Secondly,this dissertation chose to build a cloud monitoring platform based on the Ali cloud server,deploying a cloud communication server program in the cloud server to communicate with the stage data terminal,and storing the data transmitted by the stage data terminal to the MySql database in the cloud server.On this basis,an ASP.NET Web application was developed as a cloud client for interaction with users based on the Visual Studio integrated development environment,realising the function of centralized management and viewing of the running status of stage machinery using the browser.Then,after realising the basic functions of the stage machinery cloud monitoring system,the stage electric batten was selected as the representative equipment of the stage machinery to explore the method of using the equipment status data uploaded to the cloud monitoring platform to realise the fault diagnosis of the stage machinery in the cloud.After studying the types of stage electric batten faults and existing fault diagnosis algorithms,a deep belief networks-based stage electric batten fault diagnosis model is built and trained,and compared with other algorithm-based fault diagnosis models to verify the superiority of the model.Finally,the model is deployed to the cloud monitoring platform to realise the cloud fault diagnosis function of the stage electric batten,completing the investigation of the implementation method of the cloud fault diagnosis function of the stage machinery.Finally,various functions and performances of the stage data terminal and cloud monitoring platform are tested.The test results show that all functions of the system have been achieved and the performance meets the technical indicators,meeting the needs of cloud monitoring of stage machinery.
