Research On Intelligent Manufacturing System Improvement Of JT Company

Intelligent manufacturing has a comprehensive perception and widely used industrial software,positive action ability and self optimization ability,cooperation in a wide variety of information system as the carrier,it use 5 g,cloud computing,Internet of things,such as large data of a new generation of information technology and manufacturing depth fusion,improve the production process control,reduce the artificial intervention,production reasonable plan production scheduling,Realize flexible automatic production.Many tire production enterprises have gradually realized the advantages brought by intelligent manufacturing,and began to explore the intelligent control of information system to participate in operation management or intelligent manufacturing upgrade,and carry out "value regression and remodeling" to improve their competitiveness.JT Company has gradually completed the intelligent and systematic application of the production process under the background of intelligent manufacturing,and developed to the direction of intelligent manufacturing.However,the system fails to achieve the desired effect in the process of intelligent transformation,and there will be application problems such as low implementation rate of automatic production scheduling,interruption of information tracing,inaccuracy,and standardization of system information.This paper starts from the application of PTS intelligent system,analyzes the problems in the operation of PTS system through the method of key factors analysis,and carries out research and data analysis on the aspects that need to be optimized in intelligent transformation.In this process,combined with the theory of total quality management and the strategy of PDCA improvement cycle,the design,field operation and database information of PTS system are analyzed and evaluated,and the countermeasures are improved one by one.Through the function optimization/redesign of JT Company PTS system,operation retraining,increasing the hierarchical management of error risk,and establishing the hierarchical management report of monitoring and operation,it can improve the consistency with the actual business,reduce the error rate of the production process,indirectly improve the production efficiency,reduce losses,and improve the quality.In this article,through the combination of theoretical research and empirical analysis method for current represented by tire manufacturing labor-intensive enterprise’s present situation analysis,the development status of intelligent manufacturing is pointed out that under the background of intelligent manufacturing JT company information intelligent transformation,carries on the analysis of problems and countermeasures to improve,especially the management of the system data.It is necessary to monitor the integrity and accuracy of data,analyze the matching and consistency of data,prevent system failure,and lay the foundation for the subsequent upgrade of intelligent manufacturing.
