Image tampering refers to the unauthorized modification or forgery of digital images to conceal or replace information in the original image.Image tampering can be done in many ways,such as inserting,deleting,copying,and moving image regions,as well as changing image brightness,contrast,and color.In modern society,image tampering has become a common problem.It can be used for deception,fraud,and illegal activities.For example,some people may tamper with images to fabricate evidence,make it appear that certain things have happened,or for malicious purposes such as cyberbullying and the spread of pornography.Therefore,research on image tampering detection and repair techniques is essential.These techniques can help people verify the authenticity of images when needed and prevent tampering.In addition,for images that have already been tampered with,image repair techniques can be used to restore the original image,thus helping to control the impact of tampering.With the rapid development of computer vision and artificial intelligence technology,research on image tampering detection and repair has made many important advances.These technologies have been widely used in various fields,including digital forensics,security monitoring,medical image processing,and art restoration.Therefore,research on image tampering detection and repair techniques is of great importance.The main research content of this thesis is as follows:1、This research topic adopts active tampering detection technology,so reversible information hiding is an important basic technology.In the early stage of research,the research focused on combining compressed sensing with reversible information hiding to provide support for the next step of research on tampering detection technology.Under this premise,a low-increment reversible information hiding method based on compressive sensing in wavelet domain is proposed.For the first time,a reversible data hiding method based on compressed sensing files is proposed.The HL and LH parts of the wavelet domain are selected,and the sparse measurement areas and embedding methods of compressed sensing are reconfigured,fully preserving the sparsity of compressed sensing and improving its compression and reconstruction efficiency.Under the condition of implementing reversible data hiding,extremely low file increment and excellent visual quality are ensured.This proposed method provides a new way to explore the combination of compressed sensing and reversible data hiding for image tampering detection and repair research,which can effectively support the study in this field.2、A novel image tampering detection and repair algorithm based on compressed sensing and reversible data hiding is proposed,which can achieve higher performance in image tampering repair.The proposed algorithm compresses the original image using compressed sensing sampling and embeds the quantized feature information into the original image.At the receiver end,the information is extracted and the carrier image is restored.Then,the compressed sensing algorithm is used to generate contrast information by performing sensing measurements on the restored carrier image.The extracted feature information is decoded and compared with the contrast information to authenticate the integrity of the image and locate the tampering.Additionally,the extracted information can be utilized to reconstruct and repair the damaged image.
