| Synthetic aperture radar(SAR)has outstanding advantages such as all-weather and all-day imaging,high resolution,and long range.It plays an important role in multiple fields.With the increasing application of electronic countermeasures in modern warfare,SAR electronic countermeasure has become a hot research field.Jamming effectiveness evaluation is an important part of SAR countermeasures,which can provide strong support for jamming decision-making.This paper focuses on the issue of SAR jamming effectiveness evaluation,with the following main work and innovation:1.Sorting out typical SAR jamming patterns and jamming effectiveness evaluating methods.SAR deceptive and suppressive jamming patterns and their effectiveness are analyzed.Several kinds of evaluation indexs of image quality,as well as target detection and recognition probability are explained respectively,and the correlation between evaluation indexs and jamming effectiveness is analyzed.The basic theory and steps of Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and Fuzzy Network Analysis(F-ANP)are described briefly,and the feasibility of applying to SAR jamming effectiveness evaluation is demonstrated.2.A comprehensive method of jamming effectiveness evaluation based on F-ANP and SAR image quality is proposed.Aiming at the problem of evaluation indexs filtration,the selection principles of evaluation indexs are analyzed,the ideas and methods of evaluation indexs normalizing are designed.Based on the jamming patterns and tactical backgrounds,the F-ANP model is constructed to calculate the weight of evaluation indexs.Simulation experiments are carried out with MSTAR data to verify the good characterization and subjective-and-objective consistency of the proposed method within the whole evaluation effective range.3.A method of SAR jamming effectiveness evaluation based on AHP and target detection and recognition performance is proposed.The availability of evaluation materials is analyzed in noncooperative application conditions,and the feasibility of evaluating with a single jammed image is demonstrated.The relationship between target detection/classification/identification performance and jamming effectiveness is studied according to tactical application requirements,and 4 kinds of evaluation indicators are designed accordingly.Based on the close relationship between target distribution and regional division,the viewpoint of regional evaluation weight is proposed,and the calculation of regional weight is realized by using AHP according to the tactical intention and jamming patterns.Simulation experiments are carried out with MSTAR data,to verify the proposed method’s feasibility under non-cooperative conditions and good subjectiveand-objective consistency,as well as differential representation of different tactical intentions.4.Integrating the method proposed in this paper,‘SAR jamming effectiveness evaluating system’ is designed and developed based on MATLAB.The system includes an image quality evaluation subsystem and a target detection/recognition performance evaluation subsystem.It has functions such as SAR jamming simulation,weight calculation,target detection and recognition,comprehensive evaluation,and visualization of evaluation results,which has good application value in tactical-level of cooperative/non-cooperative SAR jamming effectiveness evaluation. |
