With the rapid development of information technology,data acquisition and processing have become an indispensable part in many application fields.In many high precision and high speed acquisition systems,the combination of FPGA and ADC is widely used.With the increase of system clock frequency,signal integrity problems become increasingly prominent because of the main factors like reflection and crosstalk problems.These problems will affect the accuracy,efficiency and stability of data processing in the acquisition system.So it is of great significance to analyze the signal integrity of the acquisition link.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Study and analyze the influence of linewidth change,through hole and inductive mutation factors on reflected noise.At the same time,the circuit simulation model of different matching terminations is built to analyze and study the effect of terminating circuits on reflection noise suppression.In addition,a crosstalk circuit model is also established to analyze the effects of coupling length,line spacing and transmission line type on crosstalk noise.The difference line structure simulation model is established,and the influence of difference on isometric length and differential line length on link signal integrity is analyzed.(2)Use signal integrity theory to guide the circuit design of data acquisition system.In the schematic design stage,the circuit feasibility was verified by presimulation,the schematic optimization was completed according to the simulation results,and the signal integrity related strategy was adopted to design the PCB of the data acquisition system.(3)Complete the Hyper Lynx Board Sim board level simulation.The reflection and crosstalk simulation of the network topology of the key signal of the link is carried out.It is proved that the simulation results meet the design requirements,effectively reduce signal noise and interference,and improve the accuracy and stability of the system.
