Traditional professional and technical talent management uses a centralized database to record talent information,and needs to rely on services provided by a third party.This way has the problem of subjective data forgery or malicious tampering.The characteristics of blockchain,such as decentralization,non tampering,and traceability,are very suitable for the field of information management.Therefore,in order to ensure the authenticity and security of professional and technical talents’ data,this paper has carried out data tamper prevention research based on blockchain in the traditional professional and technical talent management system,aiming to design a professional and technical talents’ data tamper prevention system based on blockchain technology.By improving the RBAC model to enhance the security of system data and achieve refined access control management.At the same time,a searchable encrypted data tamper proof scheme based on blockchain technology has been proposed,which improves the reliability and authenticity of talent data.The main research content of this article includes:(1)Based on blockchain technology,the traditional RBAC model is improved,and authentication based on blockchain and SM9 algorithm is added to the model.At the same time,password authentication and biometric authentication are combined to effectively solve the single point of failure problem and the lack of authentication in traditional RBAC,which has higher security than the traditional centralized access control method.At the same time,the use of smart contracts to develop access control policies ensures the security and credibility of permission allocation and access control in the RBAC model,logs access operations to the blockchain,and enhances the detection and audit capabilities for violations.(2)A blockchain based searchable encryption professional technical talent data tamper proof solution has been proposed.The scheme is designed from the aspects of secure storage and secure retrieval of data.Sensitive data and non sensitive data in the data of professional and technical talents are distinguished and encrypted using searchable encryption technology.Only the sensitive data of professional and technical talents are encrypted and stored on the cloud storage server,while sensitive data is stored in the blockchain,which solves the semi trusted problem of the cloud storage server and the storage capacity limitation of the blockchain.In addition,key pairs are generated for all nodes in the blockchain,and keyword trapdoors are encrypted using the blockchain node public key to resist keyword guessing attacks and improve the security of data retrieval.Finally,the correctness and usability of this scheme were confirmed through security analysis and experimental simulation.(3)Based on the above research,a professional and technical talent management system based on blockchain technology is designed and implemented.The system aims to use blockchain technology to ensure the authenticity and reliability of professional and technical talent data,and to safeguard the inspection and selection work of governments,enterprises and institutions.
