The "COVID-19" that emerged at the end of 2019 is still in the ascendant,which has brought far-reaching influence to all walks of life.The local archives department has played an important role and played a huge role in responding to the epidemic.How to improve the emergency service capacity of the local archives department is very important.The essential.Article 1 of the "Administrative Measures for Archives of Major Events and Emergencies" implemented by the State Archives Administration on June 1,2021 emphasizes the need to strengthen the scientific management of archives in major events and emergencies to ensure the integrity and accuracy of archives.,comprehensive security and proper use,to better contribute to the advancement and service of the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity.The "Emergency Management Specification for Archives" promulgated on December 27,2019 highlights the need to improve the command and handling capabilities of the archives department in emergency services,improve the efficiency of rescue archives,and prevent possible threats caused by archives.,in-process control and post-event recovery.The "COVID-19" has brought great negative impact and harm to the society.In the future,the emergency service work of the archives department in Hunan Province was taken as an example to investigate and investigate.By improving the emergency service capability of the archives department,it will help the emergency departments to better,handle the incident faster and improve emergency management capabilities.Judging from the actual situation,the archives department often faces many problems in emergency services.The more prominent ones are the insufficient preparation of the archives department in the early stage,omissions in data collection and sorting,incomplete dynamic monitoring and participation mechanism,poor emergency response linkage and communication,and archives.The development and utilization of resources are relatively lagging behind.There are many reasons for these problems,mainly due to the weak awareness of crisis warning in the archives department,different standards for emergency data collection,unclear powers and responsibilities,incomplete systems,and insufficient resource integration.According to the objective level of emergency work in my country and the future development trend of the subjective level,it is not only important to effectively and timely improve the emergency service capability of the archives department,but also imminent.After summarizing the causes and combining the actual analysis results,it is urgent to improve the information collection and resource construction capabilities,information compilation and early warning monitoring capabilities,information consultation and public opinion guidance capabilities,information utilization and restoration and reconstruction capabilities of the archives departments,so as to ensure that the archives departments carry out emergency services.Can play its due value and role.The topic selection of this paper is more in line with the current development.It makes a more comprehensive analysis of the actual situation and causes of the archives department in emergency services,and systematically studies the development of emergency services in the archives department in Hunan Province under the influence of "new crown pneumonia".And put forward policy suggestions to improve the emergency service capacity of local archives departments,which has certain reference significance.However,improving the emergency service capability of the archives department is a complex project that requires the joint efforts of many parties.Due to the lack of social practice and academic reserves,this paper still needs more thorough analysis and research,especially in the policy of improving capabilities.In terms of suggestions,experts and professors in the field are also invited to give pointers and help.
