Research On The Integration And Optimization Of Culture And Tourism In Public Libraries Based On User Persona

With the steady development of society and economy and the comprehensive promotion of information technology,the boundary between various industries in China is gradually blurred,thus providing the possibility of in-depth integration between industries.As a place for inheriting and carrying forward human spiritual civilization,public libraries record the history and culture of the Chinese nation for thousands of years,with profound cultural deposits.At the same time,they also assume the responsibility of providing citizens with reading opportunities and meeting their reading needs.Complete in our country of poverty under the background of new era,reaching the people no longer just the pursuit of material life satisfaction,but more spiritual civilization on the acquisition,the public library to carry out the text brigade fusion is the feasibility test meet the demand of readers,and the ability to let readers get tourism experience,in meet the demand but also increase the social function of public library,Raise their social status.According to the actual development of public libraries,in order to further improve the quality of cultural and travel fusion in public libraries,this paper focuses on the label system design of user portraits,the construction and description of user portraits,and puts forward the optimization countermeasures of cultural and travel fusion in public libraries.This article first introduces the portrait based on users of public library’s literature brigade applying optimization research under the macro background and the significance of long-term development,the paper on the different research direction of literature summary,it is concluded that the domestic and foreign related research status quo,and the research about the related concept and the basic theory of induction.Then according to the foreign literature research and VALS2 subdivision model,from the "driver","preference","emotion" label system,a picture of the three dimensions design the user tags for the description of the specific behavior of each dimension,then designed questionnaires distributed to collect,analyze data collected from questionnaires results,using SPSS software to do further analysis,Through reliability and validity analysis and cluster analysis,four kinds of public library user portraits are obtained,and then vividly described.The above work of theoretical summary,system design,construction and generation of user portraits in public libraries has certain significance,which not only enrich the relevant research on user portraits of cultural and travel integration in public libraries,but also adds the research methods of cultural and travel integration in public libraries.Finally,on the basis of the four types of user portraits,corresponding optimization countermeasures are proposed according to the user’s pain and difficulties and user needs in the user portraits,so as to provide corresponding references for the future research on cultural and tourism integration of public libraries.
