Research On Archives Information Service Mode Based On Knowledge Fusion

With the changes in the information technology environment,users have put forward higher requirements for the digitization,intelligence and individualization of archival information services.How to make better use of emerging information technology,give full play to the role of archival information,and further meet the needs of users is a major point that the current archival department needs to pay attention to.At present,the application research on knowledge fusion in the subject area mainly focuses on computers,library and information,automation technology,etc.And there is less research on archival information services based on knowledge fusion in the field of archives.This paper investigates the current status of archival information services through the network survey method,and then issues questionnaires to understand the specific needs of archival information services under the background of knowledge fusion,and analyzes the collected archival research results and questionnaire results,summarizes the shortcomings of archives in information services and the needs of users for archival information combined with the relevant theories of knowledge fusion,constructs an archival information service model based on knowledge fusion,and uses the relevant algorithms of knowledge fusion to give corresponding strategies for the implementation of the model.In order to provide a certain reference for the future research on archival information service model.This paper is divided into six parts: the first part first expounds the research background and basis of the archival information service model based on knowledge fusion,the research purpose and significance,the current situation of research at home and abroad,the research ideas and research methods,and the innovation of this research.Then the second part summarizes the concepts,frameworks and algorithms of knowledge fusion,and then summarizes the connotation of archival information services,the constituent elements of archival information service models and the existing archival information service models.The third part investigates the current status of information services in archives,summarizes and analyzes the current digitization status of archives and the content of archival information services,and finds that there are certain deficiencies in the current archival information services in terms of information opening and retrieval,information feedback,collection of characteristic archives,and user information security.The fourth part mainly investigates the user profile information needs based on knowledge fusion,analyzes and summarizes the survey results,to understand the user’s needs for the accuracy 、 authenticity 、individualization and information sharing of the archival information service.The fifth part is the construction of the archive information service model and the specific implementation of the model,summarizes the research results of the archives and users,according to the urgent needs of the users and the shortcomings of the archives information services,builds a knowledge-based archive information service model that is more in line with the needs of the users,realizes the accurate acquisition of archival information,personalized services,and service evaluation feedback and information sharing,and then explains the implementation process of the model in detail,and gives specific suggestions for the implementation algorithm of the model.It also gives technical and institutional suggestions for information security assurance in the model.The sixth part is to summarize and integrate the research content and existing problems in this paper,and looking forward for the future research on archival information services.
