Research On Risk Knowledge Storage And Reasoning Of Software Project

As an important resource in the process of enterprise development,the value of knowledge gradually exceeds that of land,capital and other production factors.Due to the long development cycle and complex business process of software development projects,there will be a variety of risks in the development process,which will adversely affect the success of software development projects.In the process of project development,the project risk data is mainly recorded and saved in the form of documents,so as to realize the tracking of the project development process,but there are some problems such as difficult processing and storage.At the same time,the risk management knowledge of software project mainly exists in the minds of project team members,mainly tacit risk knowledge.Due to the characteristics of high turnover rate of software project team members,risk management experience and knowledge will not be easy to be deposited.This paper focuses on the presentation,storage and reasoning of software project risk knowledge,and makes the following work.Firstly,the definition of software project risk knowledge is defined according to the concept of knowledge.According to the knowledge classification standard and content information to be expressed by risk knowledge,risk knowledge is divided into declarative risk knowledge and procedural risk knowledge,and the content structure of two different types of risk knowledge is clarified.The representation models of declarative risk knowledge and procedural risk knowledge are established by means of predicate logic representation and social network structure.Secondly,the relational database is selected as the storage tool of risk knowledge.According to the content of risk knowledge,the storage structure of two different types of risk knowledge is established to save the risk knowledge.Then,according to the content structure and storage structure of risk knowledge,the risk knowledge is reasoned,and the new knowledge content of the control force of risk factors on risk transmission,the influence of risk flow and the influence of antecedent risk factors is obtained.Finally,taking TL Company as an example,risk knowledge management is applied to project risk management to provide decision-making basis for project risk management.
