Research On Audio Reading Resources Construction And Service Of Provincial Public Library In China

In the era of media convergence,people acquire knowledge information through various media.Audio reading resources have gradually entered people’s lives to meet the advantages of fragmented time reading needs,providing people with a new way of information acquisition,expanding the reading space of the majority of users.Libraries,as regional cultural information centers,are dedicated to collecting and transmitting information and knowledge.The construction of audio reading resources and the development of audio reading services is an important part of the library to meet the needs of readers.In order to further understand the construction and service of audio reading resources of provincial public libraries in China,this paper introduces the research background of audio reading resources construction and service of provincial public libraries by taking 32 provincial public libraries as survey objects and based on literature survey method.And the purpose and significance of audio reading resources in enriching the research content and promoting the development and construction of China’s public cultural undertakings.It is hoped that through the development and improvement of the construction and service of audio reading resources,the audio reading resources of provincial public libraries can be more fully utilized,so as to better serve readers and play a role in promoting nationwide reading.Secondly,this paper reviews the research status of audio reading resources at home and abroad,and based on the definition of related concepts of public libraries and audio reading resources,this paper focuses on the investigation and research of audio reading resources built by 32 provincial public libraries’ official websites,wechat and other media platforms through network research.From the audio reading resources platform construction,content,construction,the degree of open access,promote the construction of service and copyright,etc.,analyzed the current provincial public library audio reading resources construction and service situation,summarizes the provincial public library audio reading resources construction and service achievements,and in the survey found that the current provincial public library also has some problems.To this,proposed the construction of audio reading resources and services,improve the audio reading resources construction service content,increase the degree of audio reading of open access resources,enhance the audio reading promotion ability and properly solve audio reading resources copyright problems such as the development advice,lays the foundation for better use of audio reading resources after,So that provincial public libraries audio reading resources can play its greater value.
