Abstract/Summary:
With the development of the Internet era,the total amount of information resources is rapidly expanding,and the truly valuable information is often covered up by the huge amount of invalid information.The fragmented intelligence research method in open source intelligence research collects and integrates open source fragmented information,and conducts correlation analysis and inference to explore the potential value of each fragmented information.However,due to factors such as resource integration and the limitations of a single research subject,fragmented intelligence research is gradually shifting to a collaborative research approach among multiple subjects in order to improve research efficiency and achieve the effective use of cross-domain intelligence information.In this context,how to establish a unified data view for multiple sources of heterogeneous fragmented open source information,enhance the discoverability and accessibility of fragmented information scattered among subjects,and establish a credible sharing and interoperability channel for information assets among multiple subjects,without changing the existing data ownership and management model,is the key to promote the collaborative work of fragmented intelligence research among multiple subjects.To address the above issues and needs,this thesis firstly proposes the use of object-based management for fragmented information management,abstracting fragmented information into fragmented information objects with a unique identity and a unified view,building a fragmented information object management framework integrating identity location,object storage and metadata discovery based on DOA(Digital Object Architecture),and establishing a fragmented information object service network.Afterwards,this thesis addresses the problem of fragmented information metadata fragmentation in the existing fragmented information object management framework by adding an aggregated metadata service layer,using the OAI-PMH(Open Archives Initiative Protocol for Metadata Harvesting)to automatically harvest the aggregated fragmented information metadata and provide value-added services to improve the efficiency of fragmented information discovery.Finally,this thesis addresses the problem of security and trustworthiness of fragmented information access in the existing fragmented information object management framework,and proposes to use an attribute-based access control model and combine it with blockchain smart contract technology to automatically request and obtain each attribute and calculate it,so as to ensure the accuracy,security and reliability of access control and thus promote the trusted shared access to fragmented information objects.
