Research On Rumor Propagation In Different Types Of Social Media Under The Dual Reinforcement Mechanis

In the 21st century,when the Internet has become popular,social media has gradually become the main carrier of mass information consumption.Meanwhile,it has provided soil for the generation and rapid spread of rumors.The spread of all kinds of false information and the leakage of privacy not only endanger the lives of the people,but may also adversely affect the stability of the country and the harmony of society.Therefore,studying the law of rumor propagation in social media is a very important topic.The main purpose of this paper is to study the influence of social reinforcement mechanism on the process of rumor transmission by establishing a rumor propagation model considering the truth spreaders,so as to put forward relevant suggestions to reduce the negative social impact of rumor propagation.According to the network characteristics of acquaintances social media,the role of truth spreaders is added based on the classic SIR infectious disease dynamics model,and the SIT2 R rumor propagation model is established.Furthermore,the law of rumor propagation is studied,and a steady-state analysis is carried out.Subsequently,on this basis,the role of the Exposed is further added,and the T-SEI2 R model is constructed to study the spread of rumors in stranger social media,and the stability analysis of the two models is carried out.At last,the simulation analysis is carried out in the small-world network and the scale-free network respectively.The following results are obtained:(1)Explore the patterns of rumor propagation of different types of social media.Firstly,the current social media types are characterized as acquaintance social media and stranger social media.According to the rumor propagation process in reality,the infectious disease dynamics models: SIT2 R model and T-SEI2 R model are established.Simulation results show that the peak of rumor spreaders in the two networks is similar,but the final propagation scale of rumors in the acquaintance social media is significantly larger.Furthermore,Truth spreaders reach the peak in a shorter time and lower value in stranger social media.,but the final scale of truth is larger.In terms of propagation speed,rumors in stranger social media spread faster than acquaintance social media,and the final propagation scale is significantly larger.(2)Explore the influence of dual social reinforcement on the law of rumor propagation.Firstly,the influence of social reinforcement factors affected by the number of information and reinforcement coefficient in acquaintances social media on the process of rumor propagation is studied.The results show that the more factual information is accepted,the greater the positive reinforcement coefficient,the more conducive to the propagation of factual information,and the final scale of rumors can be better controlled.Secondly,the influence of public sentiment,media reporting and government intervention factors on the propagation of rumors in stranger social media is studied,and the results show that the more positive the public sentiment,the correct information reported by the media and the timely intervention of the government are conducive to the rapid propagation of factual information,and weaken the final scale of rumors.(3)Draw research conclusions and propose countermeasures.Based on the research results of the improved rumor propagation model,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures to reduce the harm of rumor propagation: the public should establish vigilance and rationally view rumors;the media should refute rumors in a targeted manner;the government establishes and completes laws and regulations related to rumors and intervenes in a timely manner.In short,reducing the harm of social media rumor propagation requires paying attention to the joint role of the masses,the media and the government.
