With the ongoing advancements in information technology and the widespread usage of the Internet, the speed of data generation is accelerating, and the scale of data exceeds petabytes, the capacity of local server data storage and data management cannot meet user needs. At the same time,as cloud computing technology continues to rapidly advance, more users tend to outsource local data to third-party cloud service providers in order to obtain better services and more efficient data processing. However, the trustworthiness of third-party cloud service providers is uncertain and may pose security risks of leaking outsourced data.In addition, data users may also be affected by incorrect or incomplete retrieval results returned by third-party cloud service providers. Therefore, integrity verification of the retrieval results of outsourced data is required. On the one hand, existing schemes that enable both correctness and integrity validation typically require a third-party auditor, which is not fully trusted and incurs additional communication overhead. On the other hand, for cross-domain access to meet resource sharing between different domains, existing cross-domain authentication schemes require a third party to achieve cross-domain authentication, but the third party is not absolutely trustworthy and the complexity of sharing data across domains is large. Therefore, this paper conducts research on the integrity verification of outsourced data retrieval results, and the main research contents are as follows:(1)Research on a lightweight verification scheme to support multi-keyword retrieval integrity of outsourced dataIn response to the problems of high communication overhead and low validation efficiency of existing multi-keyword retrieval integrity validation schemes for outsourced data, this paper proposes a lightweight validation scheme to support multi-keyword retrieval integrity of outsourced data. The scheme does not need to rely on a third-party auditor, and combines a Merkle hash tree accumulator providing correctness verification with a cuckoo filter providing integrity verification to form a provably secure composite verification structure. At the same time,Paillier encryption is used to support data update operations. The scheme balances the verification structure generation overhead, verification object generation overhead and proof verification overhead to achieve efficient verification of the integrity of retrieval results.(2)Research on a cross-domain retrieval integrity verification scheme to support outsourced dataIn response to the problems of over-reliance on trusted third parties and low authentication efficiency in existing cross-domain authentication schemes, this paper proposes a blockchain-based scheme to support integrity verification of outsourced data retrieval across domains. The scheme utilizes the decentralized mechanism of blockchain, which does not require a third authentication party, and builds cuckoo filters into the blockchain.By adopting the structure of blockchain cross-domain digital certificates, the certificates are mapped into fingerprint information and inserted into the filters to improve the authentication efficiency and reduce the certificate storage cost.At the same time, the integrity verification of the cross-domain retrieval results is performed with a dynamic adjustable capacity cuckoo filter to ensure the correctness and integrity of the retrieval results and improve the retrieval efficiency.
