The regional Industrial Symbiosis Network(ISN)is a complex system formed by enterprises or organizations of regional related industries through material and energy exchange,as well as the flow of knowledge,personnel,and technological resources,to reduce ecological and environmental issues in the operation of regional industrial symbiosis system,which is mutually constrained and interdependent.However,the network system will inevitably be disturbed by various internal or external risk factors during the development process.In addition,the ISN is a complex and interdependent cooperative relationship network,which is prone to cascading failures.Ensuring its stable operation under risk interference is the key to achieving environmental and economic benefits.Therefore,exploring the path to improve the resilience of the regional industrial symbiosis network from the perspective of risk propagation is the focus of this paper.From the dynamic perspective of risk propagation,this paper constructs risk propagation models considering risk prevention,risk resistibility and risk adaptation respectively,analyzes the effects of behaviors of network micro entities in the whole process of risk propagation and resilience of industrial symbiosis networks,and explores the micro-path to improve the resilience of industrial symbiosis networks.The results suggest that:(1)From the perspective of risk prevention,enterprises actively disclose risk information and strengthen risk awareness can effectively mitigate risk propagation and improve network resilience.Through theoretical analysis,it is found that the risk propagation threshold mainly depends on the recovery rate,the degree of symbiotic dependence,the dynamics on the risk perception of enterprises and the industrial symbiosis network structure,and there is a critical value of disclosure probability of risk information.When the disclosure probability of risk information is greater than the critical value,the risk propagation threshold can be effectively increased.In addition,the higher the disclosure probability of risk information and the higher the recovery rate,the smaller the loss and the higher the resilience of the network when it is impacted by risk.(2)From the perspective of risk resistibility,the increase of risk anti-risk ability of enterprises will improve the network resilience.At the same time,under the condition of limited resources and costs,there is an optimal anti-risk ability to maximize the network resilience.In the case of limited resources,priority mitigation of risk load on enterprises can improve network resilience,and the mitigation strategy of load preference is the best strategy to improve network resilience.In addition,the smaller the difference of risk load distribution,the greater the risk mitigation ratio,and the more conducive to improving the resilience of the regional industrial symbiosis network.(3)From the perspective of risk adaptation,when the enterprise’s symbiotic enterprises have risks,enterprises adopt adaptive disconnection and reconnection behavior,which can improve the resilience of the industrial symbiosis network.Under the high risk propagation rate,the path-dependent reconnection strategy is the optimal strategy to improve network resilience,and under the medium and low risk propagation rate,the degree-dependent reconnection strategy is the optimal one.Moreover,the larger the probability of disconnection,the better the improvement effect of network resilience.And when the probability of disconnection is high,the path-dependent reconnection strategy is optimal,otherwise,the degree-dependent reconnection strategy is optimal.From the perspective of risk propagation,this paper deeply studies the path to enhance the resilience of regional industrial symbiosis networks,and providing theoretical support for enhancing the resilience of industrial symbiotic networks;from the perspective of decisionmaking of micro entities,it provides decision support for enterprises in the face of risk prevention,risk mitigation and risk adaptation.
