Research On XH Company's Technological Innovation System Under The Perspective Of Independent And Controllable Science And Technolog

Under the current new development pattern of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transform,the semiconductor industry is not only the core of the information industry,but also the pillar and leading industry of China’s national economy,and the exposure machine is one of the main equipment of the semiconductor industry.In the current economic environment of fierce industrial competition,the independent technological innovation capability of relevant Chinese enterprises is relatively weak,and the core technology is subject to other countries.This suggests that in the favorable environment of national policies,it is necessary to speed up and improve the technological innovation system of enterprises,guide and encourage enterprises to carry out independent innovation activities,so as to build a new highland of the integrated circuit industry.Company XH is a high-tech enterprise specializing in visual equipment manufacturing for printed circuit boards,touch screens,photovoltaic,new energy and other high-tech and precision manufacturing fields.It falls in the field of the semiconductor industry,and has its exclusive management system through many years of operating experience.Facing the pressure of international and domestic economic situation and the needs of technological development,Company XH needs to constantly optimize and improve its own technological innovation system.In this work,a large number of domestic and foreign literatures have been summarized and used for reference.Based on the theory of technological innovation and the national theory of independent control of science and technology,and through the comprehensive use of qualitative theoretical methods such as value chain analysis and driving force analysis,it is determined that there are multiple diversified problems in Company XH,such as unclear strategic goal of technological innovation,insufficient investment in technological innovation,lack of motivation for technological innovation,weak sense of self-control,insufficient construction of technological innovation culture.Subsequently,a 20-member expert group composed of company executives,industry experts,technical and R & D personnel judged the feasibility and importance of 15 indicators.According to the calculation of quantitative network analytic hierarchy process,it is concluded that its technological innovation capability is at a general level,indicating that the indicators in technological innovation input and output,technological innovation coordination and cultural construction of technological innovation are relatively weak.Finally,based on the empirical analysis results and the emerging issues,the paper proposes an optimization plan and guarantee measures for XH Company’s technological innovation system from the perspective of technological autonomy and controllability.
