In recent years,General Secretary Xi Jinping has made several field visits to the Yellow River Basin and emphasized that making good use of the red resources in the Yellow River culture,telling the red stories and passing on the red genes is an urgent need for the major national strategy of ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin.In this context,the author focuses his camera on Brick wall village,which is rich in red resources,integrates the existing cultural resources and records the story of Brick wall village,starting from both ancient and modern stories,establishing an inner organic connection between the red stories left behind by the Eighth Route Army in the past and the stories of villagers who continue to continue red resources and revitalize their hometown today,showing the influence of red culture on people in the form of a feature film,and at the same time spreading the successful experience of rural revitalization based on red resources.The film shows the impact of red culture on people,and also spreads the successful experience of rural revitalization based on red resources.The feature film "The Holy Land of Resistance-Brick Wall Village" is based on the dissemination of the red culture of the Yellow River culture,and revolves around the stories of Brick Wall Village in Wuxiang County,Shanxi Province.The film is divided into two parts,the first part is about the three red stories that happened in the village,and the second part is about the stories of three local villagers after the development of cultural tourism industry.In the first part,the three red stories are presented in different ways in order to enrich the content and form of the picture and to continuously attract the audience’s attention.In the second part,the stories of the service industry,agriculture and handicraft industry are selected to show the influence of red culture on the employment,entrepreneurship and life of the old,middle and young generations respectively.Through the presentation of the feature film,we explore the value of red culture dissemination,reflecting the author’s unique emotion for Brick wall village,and also let the audience have a more intuitive and profound understanding of Brick wall village.Based on the creation process of this feature film,this paper elaborates and analyzes it from five aspects,including the planning and conception of the work,the creation process,and the analysis of its characteristics.In the planning and conceptualization section,the author answers the question of why the brick wall village was chosen and why the work was finally presented in this way,as well as giving a detailed introduction to the comprehensive and thorough thinking in the preliminary creation.In the creation process section,the author elaborates on the four key creation points: shooting,interviewing,narration creation,and post-production.The analysis of the characteristics of the work is based on the production process and the effects presented,from three aspects: camera expression,narration selection and subtitle design.
