With the rapid development of network technology,the network security situation has become increasingly severe.End Hopping has been asked to equip the high hopping rate and the high concealment to deal with the automatic and various attacks.Since the traditional synchronization mechanism cannot achieve synchronization authentication in the high-speed End Hopping system,the concept of End Spreading is proposed.Pseudo-randomness and autocorrelation are the two major characteristics of End Spreading sequence in End Spreading.However,the End Spreading sequence has poor pseudo-randomness,which makes it easy to be cracked by attackers and not conductive to ensuring the security and privacy of communication content.In addition,it also has bad performance in autocorrelation so that it cannot be used to complete the identity authentication in the multi-user End Hopping system.To improve the poor pseudo-randomness of End Spreading sequence,the m-sequence is introduced to its generation algorithm.Secondly,this thesis uses the gene functions with remarkable user profiles to improve its autocorrelation and designs an identity authentication mechanism based on End Spreading and random forest model,which realizes the identity authentication in the multi-user End Hopping system.To broaden the application field of End Spreading,the network covert channel based on End Spreading is proposed in this thesis.Benefiting from the pseudo-randomness,loss-tolerance,and anti-interference of End Spreading sequence,this channel has great concealment,confidentiality,and robustness,which is of great significance to overcome the disadvantages of existing network covert channels.In view of the great characteristics of End Spreading and the current shortcomings of network covert channel,this thesis proposes a network covert channel based on End Spreading.Firstly,the model of network covert channel based on End Spreading is formalized and the communication scenario as well as the implementation schemes are given.To evaluate the channel performance,three evaluation metrics are proposed: concealment,robustness,and transmission efficiency.Finally,this thesis builds the prototype system of the network covert channel based on End Spreading and tests it in terms of the above metrics.The results show that this network covert channel has great concealment,robustness,and transmission reliability.
