Currently,due to the rapid advancement and widespread use of intelligent terminals,mobile applications have developed rapidly as they serve as the primary medium for intelligent terminals services.The number of user experience information for APP software has increased rapidly,the extraction of valuable user experience of APP software based on APP software user experience information can assist developers in developing,maintaining,and improving APP software in a more targeted and effective manner.Under the background of big data,the user experience information of APP software shows the characteristics of multisource heterogeneity,large quantity and rapid growth.It is extremely challenging to comprehensively and accurately obtain user experience knowledge from the user experience data of multisource heterogeneous APP software,and to organize and manage the acquired knowledge.Knowledge graph,as a technology method that uses graph models to achieve information structuring and knowledge representation,provides a feasible method for knowledge representation,discovery,and management of multisource heterogeneous data.In the existing software user experience research,most analyses only focus on a single or a subset of sources of software user experience information,and the software user experience obtained is not comprehensive and accurate.Moreover,the obtained software user experience knowledge is typically organized and stored in conventional forms,which have limitations in exploring and utilizing the interrelationships among user experience knowledge,making it difficult to discover deep-level associations and discover new software user experience knowledge through reasoning.In addition,the existing knowledge graphs mostly emphasize the breadth of knowledge in a general domain,lacking in-depth mining of knowledge.The targeted domain knowledge graph,especially in the domain of APP software user experience,is rarely studied,and there is no good construction method.Therefore,for these proplems,this paper studies the method of building the APP software user experience knowledge graph based on the multisource APP software user experience data.Main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Define the APP software user experience and APP software user experience knowledge graph.Drawing on the definition of user experience,the concept of user experience of APP software is defined and the factors that impact the user experience of APP software are analyzed.In addition,the APP software user experience entity and the entity relationship are also defined on this basis,forming the conceptual framework of the APP software user experience knowledge graph.(2)An APP software user experience analysis method based on multisource information fusion is proposed.This method integrates multiple factors that affect the user experience of APP software,such as the user,the software,and the environment.Through the steps of feature engineering,feature association mining,feature combination tree construction,multisource data fusion,the user experience data of APP software from multiple sources is fused to obtain the fusion results of user experience data of APP software with strong relevance,It lays the foundation for the extraction of user experience knowledge of subsequent APP software,and helps to obtain more comprehensive APP software user experience knowledge.The experimental results indicate that the method proposed in this paper effectively achieves the fusion of user experience data from multisources of APP software.(3)A method of constructing user experience knowledge graph of APP software based on multisource data is proposed.Based on the fused multisource user experience data of APP software,this method firstly extracts the user experience entities and entity attributes of APP software,and excavates the relevance between the user experience entities of APP software through semantic enhanced multifeature joint analysis,extracts the relationship between the entities,and completes the extraction of user experience knowledge of APP software;Then use the knowledge graph completion technology to complete and improve the APP software user experience knowledge graph,and finally complete the construction of the APP software user experience knowledge graph.And analyze the application of the constructed knowledge graph.The experiment shows that the method proposed in this paper effectively realizes the construction of the knowledge graph of user experience for APP software.(4)According to the proposed method for constructing the knowledge graph of user experience for APP software based on multisource data,a system prototype has been designed and implemented.
