The rapid economic development has been accompanied by the waste of resources and environmental damage,and governments and organizations have started to vigorously promote closed-loop supply chains,and enterprises have invested in the research of closed-loop supply chains.However,traditional supply chain research methods do not meet the requirements of complex supply chains.The development of digital twin further promotes the intelligence of closed-loop supply chains and realizes the organic integration of key elements of supply chains and digital technology,which can timely deal with the disturbance brought by the uncertainty in the system and maintain their advantages in the fierce competition.It elaborates that in the era of digital transformation,the closed-loop supply system is evolving into a tighter and more coordinated network of trading partners,and companies are facing more complex factors in the survival environment than before,which can directly generate volatility,complexity and modeling,requiring continuous improvement and optimization to meet the diversified needs of the market,requiring not only supply chain efficiency,but also agility and flexibility to be able to handle unexpected situations.The main work of this article is: to reduce the interference of uncertainty in the closed-loop supply chain system on the system performance,numerical modeling of the closed-loop supply chain is performed using digital twin technology to represent the entity’s closed-loop supply chain numerically.A four-level closed-loop supply chain and a clustered closed-loop supply network are modeled.A robust H∞ control strategy is adopted for the dynamic model of the closed-loop supply chain in the twin space,and a robust controller is designed and verified by numerical simulation.The experimental results show that the length of production time lag can affect the supply chain performance,and the robust H∞ control can suppress the effects of remanufacturing time lag and demand uncertainty and reduce the bullwhip effect of the closed-loop supply chain.After the effectiveness of the method is verified in the digital twin supply chain,the twin space will output the control strategy to the physical supply chain enterprises to help the enterprise managers make production and inventory plans in real time,reduce supply chain costs and maximize profits..This article uses a combination of digital twin technology and robust control to study the closed-loop supply chain,which is in line with the general trend of digital development and provides a strong support for enterprises to deal with complex challenges.
