Along with the popularity and development of digital technology and information technology,more and more libraries have established social connections with users through networked,digital and information-based approaches to attract users to actively participate in the innovation and improvement of knowledge services and knowledge products,and to achieve the strategic goal of value co-creation between libraries and users.Then,how to realize the development model of value co-creation between users and libraries has become an issue worthy of attention in academia.As a provider of knowledge services,the concept of relying on resources alone to drive service development is declining under the trend of service and resource integration,and is replaced by the concept of service-dominant logic of value co-creation between libraries and users.Under the perspective of service-dominant logic concept,both libraries and users are the integrators of resources,and service value is created and determined by libraries and users in the process of continuous interaction,and this interaction is conducive to libraries adjusting their service goals,solving key problems and improving their services,and users’ participation in the production and delivery of service value can gain a sense of participation and higher satisfaction.The interaction of libraries promotes the integration of users’ wisdom with the collection resources,thus achieving a win-win situation.This study explores theoretically and empirically how the concept of servicedominant logic in the library context influences the value co-creation behavior of libraries and users through knowledge management capabilities and under the regulation of coordination mechanisms.Firstly,based on the literature review and theoretical analysis,this paper defines the concepts of service-dominant logic,value co-creation,knowledge management capability and coordination mechanism.On the basis of summarizing and summarizing the existing studies,this paper deeply explores the conceptual connotations of the core theories,analyzes the reasons for the application of the theories to the library context,and then proposes research hypotheses and constructs conceptual models for the interpretation of each concept and measurement dimension.Secondly,this study composes the measurement items provided in the mature scale,adapts and establishes the measurement items applicable to each variable of this study,and explains in detail the main empirical research methods of the article,analyzes the results of the small sample test through exploratory factor analysis and reliability test,eliminates and modifies the inappropriate items in the scale,and forms the formal questionnaire.Again,this paper tested the reliability of the large-sample data through common method bias detection,validation factor analysis and other methods and indicators,and then tested the relevant hypotheses proposed in Chapter 3 and analyzed the test results.Finally,the findings of this paper are summarized,and the corresponding management suggestions and practical insights are targeted,and the shortcomings of this study as well as the future research directions are summarized.Through systematic research and analysis,the main conclusions obtained are: first,the concept of service-dominant logic in the library context has a significant positive impact on the realization of the value co-creation model of users and libraries.At the same time,the concept of library service-dominant logic has a significant positive impact on knowledge acquisition capability,knowledge operation capability and knowledge application capability,and knowledge acquisition capability,knowledge operation capability and knowledge application capability also have a significant positive impact on the realization of the value co-creation model of users and libraries.Second,knowledge management capability and its three sub-dimensions of knowledge acquisition capability,knowledge operation capability,and knowledge application capability play a partially mediating role in the process of library service dominant logic positively influencing value co-creation.Third,the governance mechanism positively regulates the relational paths of knowledge operation capability and knowledge application capability on value co-creation,and the moderating effect on knowledge acquisition capability is not significant;the coupling mechanism positively regulates the relational paths of knowledge acquisition capability and knowledge application capability on value co-creation,and the moderating effect on knowledge operation capability is not significant.The innovation points of this paper mainly include: First,this paper tries to apply the theoretical tools in the field of service marketing and management to analyze the service activities of libraries,which has the characteristics of interdisciplinary exploration.By reasonably drawing on and using the relevant theories in the field of service marketing and management to guide libraries to carry out services,it is conducive to libraries to improve their service models,expand their innovative thinking and enhance their service capabilities.Secondly,this paper conducts an empirical study on value co-creation based on the library context,which breaks through the past library-centered view of value creation,explores the formation mechanism of value co-creation between libraries and users,expands the research perspective of value co-creation theory,and provides theoretical guidance and new thinking perspectives for value co-creation and service innovation of library services in the digital environment.Third,the basic research framework of "service-dominant logic-knowledge management capability-value cocreation" is established,and the coordination mechanism is added as a regulating variable,and the impact of logic innovation,system optimization,and capability enhancement on value co-creation in the library business under the current complex development environment is revealed.It also reveals the impact of logical innovation,institutional optimization,and capacity enhancement on value co-creation in the current complex development environment,and focuses on the relationships among cognitive level,institutional level,capacity level,and behavioral level,which is important for enriching theoretical research and promoting library service innovation practice.
