| High-quality employees have always been the core elements of corporate competition and development,and promotion is an important means for companies to motivate and retain employees.A complete and reliable promotion process is an important factor for companies to stabilize their workforce.In the current personnel promotion,one-sided promotion standards and vague procedures lead to unreliable promotion results.The old information system only records the promotion results,lacks research and analysis on the promotion process,and the advantages of computer technology have not been fully utilized.Therefore,the employee position promotion process reengineering system with process information integration can provide a new solution for enterprises.Based on promotion-related theories and process reengineering ideas,this paper formulates a promotion process reengineering plan,studies the promotion candidate qualification prediction model,realizes the visual management of promotion workflow,and uses the Express framework to build an employee position promotion process reengineering system to effectively improve the optimization of human resources for promotion The effect is to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises.This paper completes the following tasks:(1)Aiming at the problem that the promotion process in the traditional personnel system is not standardized and difficult to trace,according to the promotion-related theories and the basic idea of process reengineering,combined with the current situation of personnel promotion business,a promotion process reengineering plan has been formulated.(2)In the process of promotion qualification review,a promotion candidate qualification prediction model based on linear weighted combination is constructed.Firstly,SMOTE-ENN mixed sampling is used to solve the problem of unbalanced distribution of employee promotion data.Secondly,three Boosting algorithms are used to optimize three Boosting algorithms to obtain a single optimal model.Finally,the optimal model is linearly weighted by the error reciprocal method to obtain a combined model.(3)Taking the promotion process of employees as the object,build a visual promotion workflow management module.The BPMN.js process modeler based on BPMN2.0 is used to model and deploy the promotion process,and the Camunda workflow engine is used to execute and monitor promotion process-related activities to realize the visual management of the promotion process step nodes.(4)On the basis of the promotion process reengineering scheme,a staff post promotion process reengineering system was built.According to the requirements of the program,the functional modules were divided,and the front-end and back-end separation was developed by using the Express framework,and the system test and verification were carried out.The research results and system application show that the promotion process reengineering system standardizes and clarifies the promotion process in terms of standards and procedures,making the promotion results more reliable and achieving the effect of traceability of the promotion process;compared with other models,the model based on linear weighting combination is The accuracy rate has reached 95.38%,and the prediction effect is better,which improves the decision-making accuracy and efficiency of the promotion qualification review process;the promotion process modeling and promotion workflow visualization management enable the steps and nodes of the promotion process to be effectively monitored and processed in a timely manner.. |
