| With the popularity of smartphones,TVs and computers,the consumer market for LCD monitors is expanding,while consumer demand for monitors is also developing towards personalisation,and the trend towards small batch and diversification of monitor production lines is becoming more and more obvious,which requires monitor companies to have the ability to respond flexibly and quickly.However,the matching of person-post in Company Y monitor production line is still subjective,and there is a problem of poor matching of person-post after more personnel.Therefore,through the appropriate scheduling between personnel and positions in the display production line,the resources on the production line can be fully utilised and the competitiveness of the enterprise can be enhanced.In this thesis,we take the optimisation of person-post matching and scheduling in the display production line of company Y as the research object.Firstly,we introduce the overview of the display production line of company Y from two aspects: personnel and posts,and analyse by designing interviews on the current situation of personneljob matching,which shows that company Y currently has the problems of low personpost matching and high turnover of personnel who are not satisfied with their existing posts.Then,the three characteristic factors affecting the display production line were divided into three aspects: personnel,equipment and process,and 27 main characteristic factors were selected and analysed by combining the opinions of experts.Applying the human resource management theory of job matching,the study was carried out to optimise the scheduling of the production line,and eight experts in the field of production line management of company Y were asked to rank the indicators in order of importance at each level.Using the set value iterative method to calculate the weight of each influencing factor,sieve out the unimportant indicators,and finally filter out the 6 evaluation indicators for personnel and 8 evaluation indicators for positions.A combination of qualitative and quantitative evaluation methods is used to obtain a comprehensive quality score for personnel and jobs.The adaptive genetic algorithm is used to find the optimal solution to a large-scale person-post matching problem.In the scheduling of the actual production line,after the model of the monitor is determined,the various types of production resources are firstly allocated according to demand,then the personnel and positions are evaluated according to the human-post evaluation index to obtain their respective comprehensive quality scores,and finally the optimal solution for staff allocation is obtained through the calculation of the adaptive genetic algorithm.After the matching degree is improved,the production efficiency can be increased,thus reducing costs and increasing efficiency for the enterprise. |
