Research On Content Node Organization Of Online Documents

Online documents have won the recognition and favor of many users due to their convenience,collaboration,security,and ease of storage.The rich and diverse online documents also provide users with more choices.Among them,the emergence of online documents such as Yuque,Tencent documents,and graphite documents has brought great convenience to user collaboration.However,current research on online documents still focuses on exploring their functional usability and how to optimize their own functions,and there is still relatively little research on the organization of online document information.How an individual or organization(a small team)can use online documents to organize personal and team documents more flexibly and efficiently,that is,the internal information organization of documents and the information organization of document libraries.This not only enriches the information organization theory in the field of information technology,but also has important value for the realization of knowledge organization for individuals or enterprises.This article is based on the relevant theories of information organization,and uses comparative research,content analysis,and typical case analysis methods to conduct in-depth research on the theoretical and practical aspects of online document information organization.It clarifies the concept of online document information organization and its positioning in the field of graphics and information.Starting from the organization of content nodes in online documents,it explores the flexibility of online document information organization.The content of the paper is mainly divided into the following three parts: The first part is the theoretical foundation part,which mainly discusses the research background,domestic and international research and practical progress of this article.Based on the sorting out of relevant concepts of online documents and information organization,the concept of online document information organization is comprehensively summarized,and its disciplinary field positioning is clarified,laying the foundation for exploring the content node organization of online documents;The second part starts with the structuring of two types of content that affect the organization of online document information.By studying the types and granularity of online document content nodes and comparing them with traditional document content nodes,it analyzes the organization of online document content nodes,including node recognition,extraction and embedding,sorting,and information organization within the document and document library,To promote the structuring and multi-sourcing of online document content nodes,and then by constructing a hierarchical tree for organizing online document information,apply it to Yuque and graphite documents respectively,compare their differences in information organization,and propose corresponding optimization suggestions;The third part uses the application examples of online documents to illustrate the uniqueness of information organization.Case studies are conducted from both the internal aspects of the document and the document library to achieve deep organization of the document set that cannot be achieved.The former uses course slides as examples to demonstrate that research on online document information organization can assist teaching,while the latter includes two examples to illustrate the practical application of document libraries in master’s thesis writing and pull list e-commerce actions,Comprehensive explanation of the practicality of research on online document information organization.This study enriches and improves the information organization theory in the field of graph and information at the theoretical level,and uses it as a support to deeply explore the organization of online document content nodes,propose corresponding optimization suggestions,and finally,study multiple practical cases within the document and document library,which has important reference value for individuals or teams to flexibly apply online documents.
