With the progress of automation technology,various devices based on embedded technology have been developed rapidly.Introduce low-power and high-speed FPGA devices,and use hardware circuit mode combined with ARM microcontrollers to design the control circuit of AC servo motor to achieve high-performance servo drive control system;Combined with the studied servo drive control system,an improved herd control algorithm is proposed to realize the three-loop control of optimized servo motor.Firstly,based on the ARM+FPGA hardware architecture,the network control module is added,and the hardware circuit of the servo drive control system is completed through the design and improvement of the hardware circuit,and an efficient network control system is built.The whole system contains multiple modules,such as main chip module,position and rate command signal module,A/D signal processing module,interface module,power module and protection module.The integration of these modules provides complete functional support for the system.The schematic design was completed,the PCB board was made,the control board was obtained by soldering,and the control board was debugged by modules.Through the construction of the software system,the software module of the system is analyzed and designed,and the main program and subprogram of the system and the communication program are mainly designed,including speed detection,position detection,current detection,signal processing,motor status and network port communication.In terms of control strategy,through the analysis and comparison of a variety of different intelligent algorithms,an intelligent control algorithm to improve the search algorithm(BSO)of the cow herd is proposed,which makes up for the shortcomings that the traditional PID control cannot fully and effectively meet the needs of motion control.The effectiveness of the algorithm is verified by the parameter optimization simulation of the error index ITAE and PID controller.Finally,based on the simulation software Matlab/Simulink,the closed-loop control simulation experiment of permanent magnet synchronous motor is carried out by using the PID closed-loop control strategy based on improved BSO,and the inverter output voltage,electromagnetic torque,speed and three-phase stator current winding waveforms obtained by the simulated motor under the sudden load experiment are analyzed,and good anti-interference ability is obtained.The simulation experiment of sudden loading of the target motor proves the effectiveness of the intelligent control algorithm improvement.The test platform of servo drive control system was built,and PWM output test was carried out to verify the feasibility of servo drive design.This article has completed the hardware circuit design and software design of the servo drive system,proposed a control strategy for improving the BSO algorithm,and preliminarily implemented the motor control of the three closed-loop system,verifying the feasibility of the servo drive design scheme. |
