| As one of the important links in the archival industry,archival publicity plays an irreplaceable role in enhancing the awareness of archives among the people,promoting excellent traditional culture,and expanding the influence of archival work.In the era of digital information with the rapid development of science and technology,the enormous influence of new media has changed people’s original ways of life and behavior habits,broadened the channels for archival publicity,promoted the progress of archival work,and also brought new challenges to archival publicity work.Under this premise,studying the effectiveness of archive promotion in the new media environment can help timely identify problems,fully leverage the advantages of new media promotion,and provide good reference for archive promotion work in China’s new media environment.This article comprehensively uses the literature analysis,network survey,mathematical statistics and analysis methods.First,through the investigation of the background and application of the current file publicity work in the new media,it determines the research object and research methods.On the premise of relevant literature research,it combines the RESULTS model to determine the evaluation indicators,and designs a design that includes publicity breadth,user activity,information visibility,information quality A survey questionnaire system covering five aspects of user experience was established.Based on the collected questionnaire data,an IPA model was established for data analysis.The results showed that the current achievements in promoting new media archives in Shandong Provincial Archives were significant,and the existing shortcomings were analyzed,including weak awareness and concepts of new media,limited channels for promoting new media archives,low information quality,insufficient interaction with users,and limited feedback on effectiveness,And study the reasons for the deficiencies.Finally,based on the above analysis results,the following suggestions are proposed: to enhance the awareness of using new media in archive promotion work,deepen interaction,enhance user stickiness,increase information exposure,improve the professionalism of archive promotion work,allocate reasonably,and improve user satisfaction. |
