| Z Company is a professional manufacturer in the field of nano waterproof coating of electronic products.Since its establishment in 2010,it has maintained rapid growth and become a leading enterprise in the nano waterproof coating industry.However,with the saturation of market demand,the competition in the consumer electronics industry is becoming increasingly fierce.For Z Company,which is in the highly competitive electronic industry,the increasingly diversified and personalized market demand makes the business environment faced by Z Company’s managers more and more complex and full of uncertainty.At the same time of rapid growth,the internal organizational management of Company Z did not keep up with the pace of the company’s development,and accumulated a lot of organizational management problems.It was difficult for Company Z to maintain sufficient organizational effectiveness,and the company’s production and operation gradually fell into difficulties.How to deal with the constant changes and challenges,carry out management reform and innovation,build an efficient organization,maintain the organizational effectiveness of the company,and get rid of business difficulties as soon as possible has become the most urgent problem for the managers of Z Company to solve.This thesis adopts literature analysis,questionnaire survey and other research methods.On the basis of theoretical research,through combing the development history and organizational management status quo of Z Company for more than ten years,combined with the targeted organizational satisfaction questionnaire analysis results,it reveals that Z Company has insufficient organizational effectiveness due to insufficient environmental adaptability,strategic direction errors,low internal efficiency,and unfair organizational atmosphere.Then,it pointed out that the improvement of organizational effectiveness of Z Company should follow the guiding principles of enhancing environmental adaptability,taking strategic objectives as guidance,and improving operational efficiency.From the five dimensions of organizational management elements of strategy,organizational structure,human resources,system,and corporate culture,it put forward countermeasures and suggestions for adjusting strategy,optimizing organizational structure,building human resource system,improving internal management system,and shaping corporate culture.The relevant research results of this thesis will help to improve the organizational effectiveness of Z Company,and at the same time have certain reference significance for other companies and organizations that have similar organizational effectiveness problems. |
