In recent years,China’s digital economy has entered the fast lane,and people’s lifestyles in different regions are gradually being changed by digitization.People’s basic daily needs have been met,and their demand for product experience is gradually moving towards deeper emotional and spiritual needs.For online video platforms,the user experience of their products determines whether they can develop in the long run.As a leading video platform in China,if Tencent Video APP wants to maintain a leading position in the fiercely competitive video market,it must consider user experience needs,improve user experience,enhance user stickiness and activity,which is a key node for its future development.Firstly,this thesis constructs a research model for the user experience of Tencent Video APP based on a mobile video platform user experience influencing factor model,which includes four dimensions: content,functionality,interaction,and interface,as well as user experience evaluation.Secondly,through user interviews and survey questionnaires,the collected data will be analyzed using SPSS24 statistical software.Finally,through analysis,it was found that in user characteristics,user experience is not affected by gender,age,education level,occupation,usage time,and frequency.The four dimensions of content,functionality,interaction,and interface have a significant positive impact on user experience.This thesis is based on existing user experience related theories and models to verify the factors that affect the user experience of Tencent Video APP.In theory,it has expanded the research scope in the field of online video;In practice,by analyzing data from user interviews and survey questionnaires,we have found problems in the current user experience of Tencent Video APP and proposed corresponding improvement strategies,providing certain reference value for promoting the development of Tencent Video APP.
