The continuous development of modern science,technology and economy has created a fierce competitive environment for all kinds of enterprises.To survive and develop in this environment,we must optimize the status quo of enterprises to keep up with the pace of the times.This paper takes the new factory of buffer production system of B Company as the research object,and analyzes the buffer production system through the simulation software and the value stream graph tool,according to the principle of value stream lean improvement and intelligent algorithm,the buffer production system is optimized to meet the production requirements.The main research works are as follows:1.According to the new factory building of buffer proposed by B Company,the processing time,die changing time,type and quantity of the new factory building are worked out and the equipment model is made.2.Set up dynamic value flow chart,read the related data of equipment utilization rate,mould changing time,processing time and work-in-process quantity in real time,and show the movement of product materials and information transmission in real time,the buffer production system is analyzed as a whole.3.Combining the results of dynamic value stream map analysis and the lean criterion of value stream future map,the value stream future map is drawn,reverse operation from the shipping center to send electronic demand information to the upstream process to achieve pull mode control.4.In view of the existing material distribution modes in some processes of the production system,this paper puts forward three optimization schemes of logistics distribution from the angle of pull control,through the evaluation of the three schemes,such indexes as handling distance,equipment utilization ratio and work-in-process inventory,the material distribution mode is selected,which effectively reduces the work-in-process inventory,improves the equipment utilization ratio and shortens the handling distance.5.According to the requirement of actual production,the optimization model of production scheduling is established with the aim of the shortest production cycle,and the reasonable time of changing the mold and the quantity of work-in-process are incorporated into the mathematical model,and the optimization algorithm of production scheduling is established.The actual production situation is effectively deduced to improve the utilization ratio of the equipment.
