Research On The Development Of Local Characteristic Archives In Xinzheng City

Since the 1980 s,with the development of The Times and social progress,local archives began to pay attention to the collection,collation,development and utilization of local characteristics of archival resources.Since entering the new era,Chinese government attaches great importance to enhancing the soft power of national culture,and local governments pay more and more attention to the development and utilization of local characteristic archives.Under the historical background that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new stage,archivists should strengthen road confidence and cultural confidence,draw inspiration and nutrients from China’s long history and culture,and explore new ways to develop and utilize local characteristics archives,so as to make due contributions to enhancing the soft power of regional culture and cultivating local people’s hometown and national pride.Based on the theory of social memory construction and the theory of archival information resources development,combined with literature analysis and field investigation,this paper not only investigated the archives of Xinzheng City,but also investigated the relevant materials of Henan Provincial archives,and analyzed the development status of the representative local characteristics of archives resources in Xinzheng City.To study the problems encountered in the process of development in terms of policy support,system construction,talent team construction,publicity and promotion,investigate the root causes of the problems,analyze the underlying causes of the problems,and put forward targeted strategies to solve the problems from the subject level,the way level,the scope level,the fund level and the benefit level.This paper analyzes the existing shortcomings and potential optimizations and looks into the future,hoping to play a practical role in the development of local characteristic archives in Xinzheng City,boost the comprehensive development of local cultural undertakings and better inherit the Chinese historical civilization.
