Research On Innovation Ofarchives Mobile Service Experience Driven By Information Network Technology

With the development of mobile Internet technology and the shift of archival service to user demand,archival mobile service pays more and more attention to the utilization of archives and the construction of service demand.Driven by the technical environment and policy support,the archival mobile service platform has built a new approach with user experience as the core.The addition of information network technology brings a new innovation opportunity to the user experience of file mobile service.At present,the construction of mobile service of archives has made some achievements,and archival institutions at all levels of the country have built mobile Internet platforms for users to use,but existing problems are also highlighted,user needs are not met,the sense of user experience is not strong is the current problems and challenges.Based on this background,this paper combines information network technology to innovate the mobile service platform of archives to meet the needs of user experience.Firstly,through literature reading and analysis,it is found that there are a lot of researches on user experience and archive mobile service in China at present,but relatively few researches on innovative user experience of archive mobile service combined with information network technology.The purpose of Internet technology is to provide users with more convenient services.It is the purpose of this paper to study how to combine technology with mobile file service platform to provide service for users.Therefore,the author conducted a questionnaire survey on 216 users.Based on user habits,interesting experience and user needs,the author learned about users’ specific feelings when using the mobile archive service platform.Finally,the author combined information network technology to make up for the lack of user experience and enrich the development of mobile archive service.
