Research On The Realization Path Of Deep Reading In The Context Of Social Reading

With the prosperity of the Internet and mobile devices,socialised reading has become one of the more popular reading methods.In this way of reading,deep reading in the traditional sense begins to be threatened from many aspects.Because the typical characteristics of traditional deep reading and social reading are different,the former is in-depth,immersive and personal,while the latter is shallow,grouped and browsing.However,the two are not contradictory.In the non-coexistence relationship,there is still the feasibility of deep reading in the context of socialized reading.Therefore,the exploration of the realisation path of deep reading will provide positive guidance to readers with deep reading desire,further cultivate people with deep reading habits,promote their deeper ideological development,spiritual growth and spiritual shaping,and have a positive impact on the inheritance and development of China’s traditional culture.This article analyses the current representative social reading platform,We Chat Reading APP,as a case.By summarising the previous research on socialised reading and deep reading at home and abroad,the paper finds that the research on the correlation between the two is relatively lacking,so on the basis of the correlation analysis of the two,it explores the realisation path of deep reading.In the specific research,through questionnaires and interviews of readers and We Chat reading APP users,combined with the analysis of the existing functions of the platform,sort out the causes and hidden dangers of socialised reading in We Chat Reading APP,summarise the difficulties of realising deep reading,and from the reading environment,reading subject,The corresponding realisation path is discussed at the three levels of reading object,providing feasible strategies and paths for social reading platform developers and traditional publishing enterprises to realise deep reading.
